He explained hat he would do today, why i will work, the schedule ahead and what I should do if I have any concerns. Esai was easy to talk with and very professional. We have no doubts that we'll receive the very best from him on each visit. We can't say enough great things about Esai, he made a fantastic first impression.

Worst service possible they have been coming to my house since Feb and haven't caught anything at all. They have came multiple times different man power some that say there is no activity amd some who have said they seen some droppings but not recent. I made a hole in my wall from how crazy its driving me. 3000s later and there is yet anything to have been catched they are supposed to come out for spiders and flees and its just ridiculous on how many times the company has been called and there is never a callback just someone sent to next day to review traps and say we will be back next week and never come. There is never a resolution always an excuse. I've called multiple times to try and get a partial refund for the 3,000 dollars I've spent with them to no avail I would not recommend terminix for any of your pest or rodent needs. Not only did they not catch anything they also have talked to me and made it sound like I'm trying to rip them off when I wouldn't have got the service in the first place.

Joseph Lee my Terminix Rep is amazing and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and thorough with his mosquito spraying. You can literally see the difference….. like 90%+ less mosquitoes. He’s my hero honestly! Not an easy task because I own Alluring Oaks RV Park with over 10 acres and he still manages to wipe out those tiny vampires. My guests can actually enjoy being outside. Highly recommended!!!!

We live in Port A and have used Terminix for the last couple of years. Our technician, Javier is so efficient and reliable. He is a great communicator and always texts before and after a treatment. If we have issues in between our scheduled services he comes out right away and addresses them. We highly recommend Javier and Terminix for this area of Texas.

I feel For the first since I’ve been fighting the pests inside my home ( 4 yrs )that I’m finally getting the service I thought I could get . I finally feel that I’m on the way to ridding them. The professional that came today took care of business. This was her 3rd trip to my house and I can’t do nothing but give credit to her for her work. Very respectful, professional like all the others BUT I felt she listened to me and attacked areas aggressively. She marked every box in a positive. She laid out enough medicine that will be hard for them to survive. I know it takes time but I know it’s off to a great start. I went to Terminex because of how I thought they would do and approach the whole situation. And I was not let down . A+ She gets all the credit for how things are finally going

Absolutely awful experience, massively unprofessional behavior. After they rescheduled our appointment multiple times we received a call with less than two hours notice they would be arriving for an in-depth service which requires moving EVERYTHING out of the kitchen area. I sprang into action, disregarded my days plans and made it happen, covering every available spot in my home with pots, pans, and seasonings only to find the tech, Christopher, has stopped answering his phone & is MIA. The office administration could not contact him, and after they contacted the main Terminex office, found he had gone completely silent on them as well. Now it is 9 pm, my kitchen is scattered around my home, I can’t sleep in my bed which is covered in my glassware, and there is no information on when we will be attended to. They called and asked for us to make a huge accommodation for THEIR schedule then completely ghosted.
