Been with terminix for probably around 20 years.. Service has been very good for the most part. However there has been problems with scheduling especially if its not a regular service. Today I had a follow- up appointment scheduled for termite inspection between 8 to 10am. After about 11 I called to see if they were still coming. I was told they were already there and the service has been shown complete. No one ever shows up but they marked it complete? I called them about it couple of times trying to find out what happened. I couldn't get any help from anyone. Guess it gets swept under a rug. Pile must be stacking up. And of course im gonna get an automated response message back like everyone else

Termidor Treatment - the treatment is to be reapplied in 8-10 years. If Terminix has not completed this, call the office and request. It is part of the contract obligation. Terminix will cancel service with no attempts of contact, and they use an outside contractor to complete work, so if they fail to properly do job, you must ensure that it is filed correctly. Terminix will not, willingly admit and own this 3rd rate work or lack of a job completed.

Mr. James Falke, the pest control technician, is the best. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He has respect for the property and he knows what he is doing. I am so fortunate to have him as my pest control technician. Kudos to Mr. Falke!!!

Micah is the most awesome bug guy ever! So kind and knowledgeable and he waged war on the fleas and they are now defeated. Micah explained everything so thoroughly and made sure to come back to check in with us after about 2 weeks. Great customer service skills as well. He took this flea issue personally and he got rid of every single one. 💯 definitely worth every penny of what we paid. Highly recommend

Justin Condon came out to our home by request, because the buyers for our property had an inspection done stating we had active subterranean termites . We wanted a quote for treatment and confirmation that we indeed had an active infestation. After carefully looking through our home and in the outside of our home, Justin told us he did not see any signs of termite activity presently nor past evidence. Beings he works off of commission , we appreciated his diligence and honesty!

Technician Skylar Bobo performed the yearly inspection; and replacement, of termite bait stations at residence. Have been using for several years, with excellent results = NO termites ! She did a much better job than prior technicians, Thankyou.

We had them do a service at our new home. They said they had supposedly spray the whole house including the outside. The spray didn’t work and we ended up having to do it ourselves. The spray we used actually worked unlike the one they had supposedly sprayed. I had then tried calling them to tell them I wasn’t satisfied with their services and they never answered/returned my calls.wont be using this company at all they charge me so much money and not they won’t release me from the contract the ask me to sign.They can take my money but I hope this review gets to so many customers so you won’t be full by this company

Absolutely do not recommend this company. Tech guy Travis came out and within first 15 minutes spoke poorly about women specifically his own daughter stating she was a typical female that didn’t want to work. Service was not done according to what I was told and when I tried to cancel and get a refund for a mouse trap that had not received yet was given some run around about it from office manager. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

This company is a joke! They showed up until they got their hands on our money, and now we're no more good to them. Customer service is a joke, we've called THREE times to get them to come do what they said they would and it's still not done. We still have bugs. They have yet to come follow up with their own work from May! They have not yet installed the deeper termite traps that they said they'd do, in May! Going on 3 months and they've ghosted us so hard!! They got our $5K and their 5-star review and disappeared! Do yourself a favor, and find another company. We will be the second our contract is up (the contract that holds me liable, but not them cuz we still got all the bugs they claim they'll take care of)! Ugly!
