We had them do a service at our new home. They said they had supposedly spray the whole house including the outside. The spray didn’t work and we ended up having to do it ourselves. The spray we used actually worked unlike the one they had supposedly sprayed. I had then tried calling them to tell them I wasn’t satisfied with their services and they never answered/returned my calls.wont be using this company at all they charge me so much money and not they won’t release me from the contract the ask me to sign.They can take my money but I hope this review gets to so many customers so you won’t be full by this company

Absolutely do not recommend this company. Tech guy Travis came out and within first 15 minutes spoke poorly about women specifically his own daughter stating she was a typical female that didn’t want to work. Service was not done according to what I was told and when I tried to cancel and get a refund for a mouse trap that had not received yet was given some run around about it from office manager. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

This company is a joke! They showed up until they got their hands on our money, and now we're no more good to them. Customer service is a joke, we've called THREE times to get them to come do what they said they would and it's still not done. We still have bugs. They have yet to come follow up with their own work from May! They have not yet installed the deeper termite traps that they said they'd do, in May! Going on 3 months and they've ghosted us so hard!! They got our $5K and their 5-star review and disappeared! Do yourself a favor, and find another company. We will be the second our contract is up (the contract that holds me liable, but not them cuz we still got all the bugs they claim they'll take care of)! Ugly!

Alura is AMAZING and deserves a raise!! She stayed in constant contact, actually showed up (that's saying something in TX!!), was knowledgeable and confident in her work. She had no issues crawling up in my attic or under the house and I admire that. Chis did our termite stuff, he was nice and got straight to work. He was professional and I felt explained everything clearly to me. And Cameron, well, he is our hero!! He did an amazing job on our attic, explained everything he was doing. He was fast and efficient and showed me photos (I refuse to go up there) of everything. We've not yet seen or heard from Zane regarding rescheduling the actual pest control, so I cannot speak to him yet. They are supposed to come back out to put in one more termite trap and check the glue strips in the attic, so hopefully that will happen. I've found in TX that "customer service" is not really a thing. Oh, and they completed 2 of the 3 jobs within 2 business days, super fast!! So far, I've been extremely impressed with Terminix's commitment to making me happy. :)

Very strongly would not recommend, of the lowest quality. I pay for general pest control and the termite bait stations. This year they were supposed to come do the bait stations and spray. They sprayed, then the guy doing the stations canceled and rescheduled. So about a month later the next guy comes to do the bait stations and he goes to the wrong house, and put all new ones all around my Neigbor’s house. The fact that none were anywhere to be found didn’t ring a bell. So I called them and asked that they come back to do them. He said he would ask his supervisor. Never came back. I called their number to reschedule, and made it very clear that I needed them to do the bait stations and not respray. So they came out and resprayed, nothing with bait stations. So I called again, they said they were very sorry and that they would schedule them. Then also they’d include a free inspection to schedule separately. So I scheduled both. Waited at my house on the weekend for the inspector to come, never came. No call or anything. Wasted my time. Then the guy still didn’t come to do the bait stations. So I gave bad feedback on the review they requested Then their supervisor calls me to say he’s sorry and that he will get it scheduled. Still no one comes for weeks. I text and call the supervisor, no answer no reply. Complete waste of my time and money, never seen a worse company in my life.

The technician that came out to my house was Cameron. He was very polite, and did an excellent job with everything I requested him to do around the exterior of my house. I had to go to a meeting shortly after he arrived and he still communicated with me by sending texts and pictures of everything he did. We were very pleased with his service.

Technician always calls a day in advance and again before showing up to give me time to secure my dogs and unlock my gates. Very professional and helpful with any questions I may have. If it weren’t for this level of service I would not use Terminex.
