We called Terminix to help us with our bee infestation. While they were able to remove all the bees/wasp they damaged my water well in the process. There were no bees in the well just in the water well pump which was located about 5 feet from the actual well. When calling customer service they gave me Steven Barnett (branch manager) number. Steven had Eric benson (regional manager) call you they were not going to cover the damages they caused because it was not their problem and the damages were already there. As you can see in the pictures it was not damaged. Once we told Eric that we wanted to talk to his supervisor he with held his name and phone number. He said he would have him/her call us back. He was acting like a child when trying to get more information.I would not recommend this location for any type of work. They are unprofessional and rude when it comes to customer service. We will never use them again.
