First I have been using Terminix since 1976 and found the service tech’s excellent. Current prior notification of service which gives me time to make a date or time change. Also I receive a time frame for the service. I have two locations with service agreements.

I highly recommend Joe and their services with Terminix. Joe is an awesome professional who is always prompt, super friendly, and most importantly, loves my fur baby. I think five stars are not enough to rate the quality of their service. Also, their product works really well. I've been living here for a few months now, and when I moved in, there were a few bugs around, but after my regular treatment, it is now rare to see any bugs in my home. To be detailed, during the five months I've been here, with treatment, I've only seen one spider, and I hate spiders. So, if you need such services, definitely give Terminix a try - ask for Joe ☺️, they do great things!

The service technician is very friendly and professional. Technician always messages me at least 24 hours in advance of his schedule treatment visit. At the conclusion, he sends me a thorough inspection report of his findings.

Overall care and understanding of what my home needs regarding the pest control and protection. Thankfully since we've used them for multiple things and very pleased to say that most of the pests have since vanished and with the continual monthly care from Terminix, plus of course our own house maintenance. Todd Hanke came out and did a thorough treatment of my home after identifying inactive termite tubes on a pier. Steven in the main office was very helpful and accommodating of my concerns and urgently getting someone out to check the house. I appreciate the Temple team and would suggest anyone work with this group should the need arise.

I was serviced with terminix for about 3-4 years. I had called to cancel my service as I had another company, they turned me to chat with someone online. I canceled my pest control but they talked me into keeping my termite bundle. A month later I was still charged for the pest control. I called to see what was going on, first lady I spoke with said she saw the notes and was confused about it too and was transferring me to billing to get the charger stopped. After a few mins on hold the call ended. I called back and spoke with someone different and they said they had no notes about my service being canceled. They were still charging my card the full amount, I said to cancel my service completely. The guy I spoke, Alim, said they were charging my card the full amount for the month but were immediately removing my termite traps even though I paid for the month. We got into a disagreement as I said how am I paying for a full month but they are immediately stop everything, I should get the months worth that I’m paying for . He said it doesn’t work that way. I asked for a supervisor and he said he didn’t have one. I am extremely dissatisfied and will no ever go back or recommend them to anyone due to customer service. My tech Hector Esparza was always great. But the actual companies customer service was completely terrible.

Report sent through email after service complete is not clear on what was actually done. Verbal confirmation and report confirmation should match. I was told”x” would be done but report does not show clear detail. I do not believe certain items were treated. Should specify “x” was treated with “chemical” or “steam” in “x” room.(O had to ask these questions) otherwise I don’t feel they would have been explained. Salesman seemed believable that services will solve issue, I would hope Terminix products will stand up to its name. So far, Yes I am satisfied with service that was “said” to be done. I will see in a few weeks for followup and monitor issues. The tech team arrived on time and gave heads up for arrival, seemed very nice, I asked if they could cover work shoe due to no shoes allowed on home floors and also it was raining. I think shoe covers should be standard ALWAYS out of respect for homeowner. Tech team verbally explained what their process was after I questioned. I would think a standard brief of duties again would apply for Tech man. They worked in a team and one left when his duties were finished due to a “big day work load” all Terminix personnel (3x) seemed to listen to my concerns as I felt repetitive to make sure issues were addressed with Terminix product. Payment process was justifiable due to prior customers, but I accepted due to urgency. So far 3rd party for financial part is in the process of accessing their business and customer service practices. So far it is good. It is nice option to be able to finance 0% for 90 days but would like to see a longer period that would be a plus!

I love Terminix they are amazing and have been the absolute best for me and my family. Everyone that I have had any dealings with has been excellent and very informative and friendly. Thanks to them my home is critter free! They are the best I highly recommend giving them a call if you are having pest issues.

My inspector was very thorough and explained everything he was seeing. He suggested a plan that fit our needs vs trying to sell me everything under the sun. My tech was also amazing. He came out the very next morning, did an interior/exterior treatment and set up 12 termite bait stations around my house. He explained how everything worked together to protect our new build home and gave me multiple options for a quick response if I had any issues.
