Terry always checks with me to see if anything in particular needs his attention. If so, he lets me know exactly what he’s going to do to take care of the problem and then continues with any other appropriate treatments. I would not recommend this branch to anyone. I am writing a review to possibly get help this way. We have been in contact with customer service with two escalated phone calls to the Sulphur Springs office. We have been trying to resolve an issue with attic insulation for several weeks now and no resolution in sight. Management will not answer phone nor call back.

This review is not for this specific branch, but for the company as a whole. We had someone come out and ultimately my wife signed up for a monthly service. After a few months the ants around our house were actually worse, and I had to buy my own products to treat it. We still had bees around the perimeter of the house that was also covered but persisted. I tried to cancel service since it was not working for us, no matter if they came out twice a month, which is as often as they can, but they said we were under contact and they could not cancel the service, nor look into minimizing our plan. I spoke 3 separate times with a customer service rep to get me in contact with a branch manager and was assured someone would be reaching out to me, but I have never gotten any response. So, I am having to pay for a service that does not work, for the remainder of the contract and do not recommend Terminix due to the customer service and ability to pest control. Also, if you do not call to have them come out to your property, they will not do so on their own and allow you to keep paying monthly for bait traps. I don't believe in being held liable to pay for a service that is not working albeit a contract was signed. I say without prejudice that a business should not handle clients in this manner.
