THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I noticed a dead bed bug on my sons mattress. I hate bugs and immediately called them to have them check it out for me. Mike/john (weird how they call him Mike but his name is John) did a walk through saw no signs of bed bugs aside from the picture of the dead bug I showed him. He practically scared me into using them. He lied and told me that bed bugs don’t need a mate to reproduce. Also that the bed bug situation could be worse than what it seems. (Even though he saw no evidence of bugs aside from the picture) He told me that they would put poison in the walls behind outlets, that they would steam carpets/beds/couches, would put mattress covers on the mattresses, and would spray poison everywhere. He said that this would take atleast 2 hours. When Brandan the exterminator came he was in and out of my house in less than 30 minutes. I have cameras in my house and watched him the whole time. He did not put poison in the walls, didn’t steam anything. He sprayed and put cheap mattress covers on my mattresses that don’t even cover the entire mattress. Plus he was on his phone very often just standing around. When I complained to TerminX, John S. AKA mike texted me about the situation. He offered me a discount to refund half of it. When I told him that sounds good he GHOSTED ME. ignored my calls and texts. Never gave me a refund. I’ve called several times trying to fix this and he is now saying that he never spoke with me. (Even though I have text message proof and recording of our phone calls) Anyways he never got back to me, no matter how many times I call TerminX they can’t seem to give me the refund they promised. I finally ended up just paying the 2 GRAND. For 28 minutes of “work” Don’t use this place, they are con artists who lie, scare, and manipulate you into using their services. I ended up using another guy named Spencer, he steamed my carpet and stuff, sprayed, and put poison out for $250. I haven’t seen any bugs since!!! I guess if you want the job done RIGHT use someone local, NOT TERMINX.

I would give them negative star. So unprofessional and irresponsible. Charged me $1800 dollars and I got 8 glue traps for mice . Don't ever pay for stupid ....

Called for a pest problem, they came only did inspection, paid for a new skirt on the trailer as they recommended and extermination service, they came and only put 2 or 3 traps didn’t spray anything or do any of the other services that was promised. When I called because it was actually getting WORSE since they came the first time, tech was sent and only did inspection, after inspection was told another inspector would have to come and was going to cost another fee. Overall Absolutely no action was made to help problem and only got worse. Wouldn’t recommend.

Sales guy Mike came out explained the service that would be done sounded great! Service manager that comes out does not do the whole job right & in a hurry. Then when you make an appt again he makes you seem like you are crazy. 6 Months later you are still in square 1. $1400 later I’m dissatisfied spend your $ elsewhere.

There sure fast to take you payment but not finish there part. I called to make the follow up a few times in 2 week ,keep getting the run around no one returns calls or can schedule it. Won't use them again!

Our Terminex professional, Danny, performed our mosquito treatment today and, as usual, was very thorough and explained exactly what he did. He is always very professional and thorough. He has been our Terminex treater for a good while and we think his performance is consistently excellent!
