This review is for the people you have to call to get a account sett up , they say you can cancel anytime, but after you get an account they will say you are still liable for the 1 year that was contracted, they made a mistake in telling me this before my first initial visit , lucky I was able to cancel out in time. RUN AWAY!!!! Use Orkin!!! They didn’t accurately inspect my home. They didn’t follow their contract in what they said they would do. They are trying to charge me an enormous termination fee after only 5 days of having them. They didn’t do my contract correctly. They lied about allowing me to cancel at anytime without penalty. They are extremely hard to get in contact with and don’t respond nor do the work properly. We’ve had more bugs since they come and they didn’t even have the proper pest equipments in their vehicles. They say that you can reach out to them through that email but nobody responds. Literally scamming everyone!

We hired Terminix to put in termite traps and do our spraying for bugs in the spring of 2025. They were supposed to come back and drill small holes in patio to put in bait traps there. They never did. I called at least three times to ask them to do so and they would say someone will be in touch. Never happened. Then when the tech came out to spray, we took off work to wait for him. We look up and he’s leaving our street. He had sprayed the house three doors down even though the numbers are clearly in the front of each house chiseled in stone. We called. He said we would have to reschedule. We had TAKEN OFF WORK already, but he couldn’t come back. I am paying $200 a month for a service that has not been completed as of yet, and I’m nine months in. When I try to cancel, I’m told I’ll have to pay out my contract regardless of the fact that they never held up their end of the deal. When you call the number it is impossible to speak to anyone local. RUN AWAY AND DO NOT USE TERMINIX!!!!

I keep Terminix because of the guarantee if i get termite damage Terminix it will repair the damage free of charge. other wise I give them a 3 because the billing department bills me three months in advance of the due date and this policy makes me furious. I called them and told them and got no response as to stop doing it. My next review will be a one star. If the company continues to infuriate me with undue bills.

I had a great experience with Brendan. He was very professional and well-spoken, taking the time to clearly explain everything—from what was going on to what steps needed to be taken moving forward to keep things pest-free. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and cares about doing the job right. All around great guy and excellent service! Highly recommend.

Tech did not show up at the time he text would be there. He was there all of 15 minutes and what was explained at the initial inspection did not done. As a matter of fact I don’t know that he even did anything as I was not home to see it myself.
