Service is ok and mostly effective for insects. Feel like overpriced for being here maybe 15 minutes. They said in contract a selling feature that they’d knock spiders all around house eaves quarterly and this has NOT been done unless I ask. Regular service tech is good but company needs to train new techs better and have better notes in file for tech stepping in.

Reps are personable, listen well, & execute on any concerns. They also make appropriate suggestions to help us maintain a bug-free home & gopher-free yard. This is not the most inexpensive servicer. I have found it to be the most consistently effective servicer, however. We have used them almost 5 years. I can honestly say any concern we've voiced to them has receive quick & effective results.
