Terminix salesman and technicians were professional, gave great communication about service times and service details, professional, respectful of our home and did a fantastic job. They also recommended attic service where they cleaned out and sanitized our attic as well as installed fresh new insulation. I am very pleased with the pricing and services from Terminix. They communicated with us every step of the way, so we were not guessing where they were or what they were doing. They were transparent with pricing, which I thought was competitive. Thank you, Terminix, for helping us save our home!

Used Terminix to get rid of a cricket problem inside and outside of the house. The issue was promptly resolved and I recieve follow up treatments periodically. Charles, the service technician, is always prompt, is extremely helpful, attentive, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.

My technician is very thorough; she's (Andrea Martinez) a lifesaver. It's fantastic to have someone who actually takes the time to spray my inside and outside totally, and be so patient with me. This also means fewer callbacks and better long-term. I've been with Terminex for over 10 years, and I can't live without them. I never see any spiders or bugs inside my house, and with Terminex spraying, I won't. I want to give a huge Thank you to Terminix San Bernardino Ca. Branch, Andrea Martinez is the best!

Mike, is an excellent terminix employee. He does a good job, take care of the job that needs to be done. He's very polite and informative. He answered all my questions. I would prefer to have him come out to service my property permanently. He notifies me in advance when he is coming out and I really appreciate that.

Charles provided excellent service today! He was professional, thorough, and very detail-oriented. He took the time to remove webs and treat the exterior carefully, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciate his hard work and positive attitude. You can tell he truly cares about doing a great job. Highly recommend Charles if you get the chance. He’s fantastic!

Service is ok and mostly effective for insects. Feel like overpriced for being here maybe 15 minutes. They said in contract a selling feature that they’d knock spiders all around house eaves quarterly and this has NOT been done unless I ask. Regular service tech is good but company needs to train new techs better and have better notes in file for tech stepping in.

Jeff from Terminix has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is incredibly communicative, flexible with our busy schedules, and always ready and happy to be of service whenever we need him. What really stands out is the time and care he puts into his work. He never rushes and consistently maintains a high level of professionalism. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to great customer service. We truly appreciate his dedication and highly recommend him.

My technician is Charles McKinney, he is the most cordial person and very attentive to detail. He lets me know when he’s coming to service our house, gives me a couple hour window and is always very punctual to keep his appointment. Our experience with Terminix has been a great one! Charles is taking very good care of us and appreciate his service! I pay for the year, forgot what the fee is, that’s why I didn’t put anything on that third question!

Reps are personable, listen well, & execute on any concerns. They also make appropriate suggestions to help us maintain a bug-free home & gopher-free yard. This is not the most inexpensive servicer. I have found it to be the most consistently effective servicer, however. We have used them almost 5 years. I can honestly say any concern we've voiced to them has receive quick & effective results. I'm taking the time to write a review, because it is no longer the norm to receive good customer service. When we are blessed to experience good customer service, we should acknowledge it. Thank you Roger Montoya for a job well done!
