Since your company has been treating our lawn for ticks we have not encountered a single tick on us or our pets. Additionally the mosquito population has been dramatically reduced. Your technician, Mike Earnest, has been exceptional with customer service and has taken the time to explain everything he is doing when he comes out. Although I’d hate to lose him as our technician people like Mike should be valued, lifted up and promoted.

Mike was my technician. He did an awesome job listening to my concerns, DIY corrective actions taken, evaluating, and mitigating the issue we had with multiple pests. I valued his honesty when he explained that I had done quite a bit to manage the situation, and service may have been unnecessary as a result. For my peace of mind, I decided to proceed with and schedule curative action. In the interim, he treated the exterior as a preventative action. I purchased the monthly service, which I don't regret as I was pleased with his professionalism, courtesy, and the service provided.

Contacted Terminix to set up pest control after seeing ants inside a recently purchased home. Michael Earnest came out promptly and set my home up with a treatment plan that was pet safe. He mentioned crawlspace encapsulation and within a few hours Larry Byrd stopped out and gave me a estimate and put me onto the termite preventative treatment. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and positive. Thank you to both of you.

I was totally disappointed after one year of paying and then having an issue with termites I was totally ignored! I had a yearly inspection that was considered good, but I called back to say that there was activity. When the service came out to inspect he did the best he could with the tools he had, and said he would have to come back. No one came back, it was scheduled but no one showed up. After calling and texting the Supervisor he came and did a lite treatment and said he would send someone the following Mon/Tues. No call, no text, no response to text. I had to cancel the service.

I have terminix come out to my house every 3 months and spray. I'm considering canceling and finding a new company. I think they spray the outside with water. They are suppose to spray for spiders. They came out less than 2 weeks ago. My niece was outside playing on the walkway and I walked over and there were 3 spiders around. I took a picture of the one that was within 2 feet of her.

We had an initial visit with Nick on 5/4, and he was great. He listened and understood the situation. He mentioned all the rooms would be serviced and it cost about $1160. No problem. Ryan came out on 5/9 (yesterday) 45 mins late, but we weren't home, so no problem. He spent a total time of 30 mins spraying 2 rooms instead of the whole house as requested. So, we are furious we paid that amount for 2 rooms and the technician mentioned that the service was completed. Sorry, but I find that a bit ridiculous to pay that much for only 2 rooms to be serviced. My fiance's mom had a bad experience and tried to warn us, but I was giving this company the benefit of the doubt. But, she was right as the same thing happened to her. So I'm leaving this complaint stating this company was no help, as it's not going to take care of the problem that we have. Sorry, Terminix, but you lost a new customer. I am going to stick with small businesses instead as the larger companies don't care about proving excellent service to customers or ensuring the job is really completed thoroughly.

Terminix is an awesome company and Andrew my technician is the best. He responds to my requests right away, he never cancels or is late and what is more important he provides an outstanding customer service! Very happy with Andrew!

Set up service for my home after they gave a quote for a commercial service also. The tech reached out to me and said he’d be at my house between 11-1. At 1 pm, I had to reach out to the tech to see where he was, because he hadn’t shown up yet. I work throughout the week so I had someone sitting at my house to meet him. At that point he informed me he would be late. Duh, that’s obvious. I called into the customer service line to cancel service because I shouldn’t have to track the technician down, he should’ve called to let me know he’d be late. After all, I am the one paying. Then I find out the service (according to customer service) was scheduled for 1-5. They obviously don’t know what the hell is going on. So they lost my residential business as well as my commercial account. Obviously unreliable.
