My wife and I discovered a plumbing leak recently and we wanted an inspection to make sure there were no termites. Our inspector Larry was amazing! He was very patient with us.. we never delt with an issue like this before. We had a ton of questions and he answered each and every one ..very honest and up front! (From pricing, to what we receive in the service) He built value in the staff and the many services the company provides! Needless to say, we went with Terminix (NO BRAINER)!! I’m 31 and this is my first experience having to hire an exterminator. I requested a quote on a Sunday and Larry contacted me the next day. He is so kind and accommodating, even texting me instead of talking because my work doesn’t allow for being on the phone much. He’s so friendly, making me feel comfortable with even needing an exterminator to begin with. My quote was the next day, I was able to pay the service out (so convenient) and in the same WEEK they had me taken care of and were coming to my house to do the treatment. The technician Austin was great as well, taking good care of our house. I would highly recommend Terminix to anyone needing an exterminator. I don’t care about the pricing, it’s about QUALITY. They did an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable and at ease with the whole process, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. I’m so grateful for such a great exterminator in our area and will recommend them to any family/friends needing their services in the future.
