Tech did not show up on Friday during my 3 - 5 window. Someone called around 4:30 asking if I was happy with my service. When I said no one showed up, he seemed honestly surprised and shocked. Rescheduled me for Monday 10 - 12, and promised he would be the one to come to my house himself. That seemed like an odd thing for a customer service person to do. Called the 800 number and reported my suspicion that I had been deliberately stood up and rescheduled by the tech. She volunteered to report it to the branch manager. Monday rolled around and no one showed up during my window. Called the 800 number to complain. She contacted the branch manager. Tech called around 1:30 to day he was running late. After he completed the appointment, I asked if he was the same person that I talked to on Friday. He said, yes, and then apologized for no showing on Friday because something came up. I resent the manipulation, lying, and, unprofessional behavior. Most of all, I resent having already renewed and paid for another year on my contract. This company is downright fraudulent. I had them spray 4 months ago in May. I paid my bill the same day. It posted and charged to my account, and shows it went through and was to terminix for the amount owed. For 4 months now they have been contacting me saying my balance is unpaid and I have sent them proof that the payment came out of my account. They seem to think me showing them the proof of a posted payment to their company on that day for the amount owed with a reference number is not enough to show I paid and are saying “Apple Pay doesn’t work sometimes you are not the first customer”. Even after I have showed them the money was taken out of my account and sent to terminix multiple times they are saying I have to pay the balance again when no additional services were provided because they “didn’t receive it” and they are now threatening to send it to collections when I had paid the bill the day the services took place and have proved it to them multiple times. Also their customer service is worthless, if they are able to read they simply choose not to and pawn you off to the next person. I have never had such a ridiculous experience and if they try to send me to collections over a paid bill I will involve a lawyer for damages. I suggest you get pest control anywhere else. On top of this horrible issue the service provider canceled twice before eventually showing up late. Service: Home inspection
