Our technician, Matt Aruda, is attentive, polite, thorough, and efficient. He is extremely responsive if an issue arises but there are very, very few instances of that! We are very happy with his service and he is one of the reasons we stick with Terminix.

Horrible. My wife suspected we had insects in our siding because we had woodpeckers drilling holes in it. We had 4 separate people from Terminex come to the house. 3 of them refused to check the damage because it was above a door frame and "they don't get on ladders". One guy actually did check it. All 4 guys assured us there was no evidence of termites and we had nothing to worry about. They told us the Woodpeckers were just trying to attract a mate or that they were just eating spiders. Eventually we had to get some of the the siding redone because of the woodpecker damage. The guys fixing our siding, who aren't pest control experts, noticed right away that there was termite damage to our home. We asked them to remove more siding. The more they removed the more termite damage we saw. Very obvious termite damage and visible mud tubes. It was a nightmare. No, this wasn't a scam from the guys doing our siding. We've done a lot of research on what termite damage looks like since buying this house and it was exactly that. How did 4 people miss the same thing? They also are TERRIBLE at making appointment. Every single time I scheduled a visit from them on a day when I was off from work, they would text me while at work telling me they were on their way. They would always come on the wrong day then say that's what I scheduled so I started recording my conversations with them anytime I had to schedule an appointment. Absolutely useless.

I work very very hard for my money. If you have a business and say you solve rat and rodent problem for me, then actually solve rodent problem, otherwise, you are a scam and not a business. To the next sucker that’s going to fall victim to Terminix bullshit ; Know that they don’t get shit solved, nothing is going to change with that rodent problem, you just going to get lured into a one year contract and pay $1700 up front for them to run around on your property a few times. They don’t know this stuff. They got me on this one, and they got me easy, because all I needed to do was a simple online research on Reddit or other review sites.

I can’t beginning to express how awful our experience with terminex has been. I would highly recommend choosing a different company to help if you have a problem with mice. We reached out to terminex several months ago because we realized we had a mice in our home after discovering a broken basement window. We have young children in the home and one was about to crawl, so we wanted this handled immediately. Terminex came out and set traps and filled in holes they said were most likely where the mice were getting in. That was several months ago and not only have they not caught a SINGLE mouse, but the communication and customer service has been terrible. We’ve reached out several times to customer service trying to get this resolved- they came out once and handed us a few extra traps- but they still haven’t caught a single mouse. We’ve continued to reach out to them to resolve the problem- either by them fulfilling their end of the contract and dealing with the mice problem or through a refund so we can move forward with resolving this problem ourselves. Costumer service refuses to give us contact info for a supervisor or manager. They continue promising to have a supervisor reach out to us, but there has been zero follow through on their end and no one has contacted us. We found out our request for a refund had been denied when we called again to get an update. No one even contacted us to let us know that and we would still be waiting if we hadn’t called back. We are actively seeing mice run around our home in broad day light with adults talking and kids running around and playing; which is disgusting. I’ve literally caught more mice with traps off Amazon than terminex has caught and terminex is doing nothing to resolve the issue. They continues to avoid reaching out to us and aren’t fulfilling their end of the contract. I couldn’t be more disappointed and frustrated.

I had a mice PROBLEM so bad I could not sleep, I was leaving all the lights on in the house, keeping the tv's on, making noise thinking that would keep them away, when I realized it wasn't working. A friend suggested I call Terminix. I am so GLAD I did. They took care of the problem and I have not seen no mice anywhere! Thank you Thank you and Thank you. I will recommend this company to anyone! The service was prompt. I called and they came out on the same day and got right to work! The service man even gave me his cell phone number to call him if I needed to. They went through my house inside and out explained to me the problem and gave me a solution and that was it! NO MORE RODENTS!!!

I have a bee infestation. Terminix was supposed to be out today 5/28 between 10 - 12. I confirmed multiple times on the phone. At noon, no one has arrived. I check my email for the phone number the email says the appointment is 6/6. Typical Terminix - they are the worst, ever! Why would I want to wait a week to resolve a bee infestation??? Worst company ever.

Despite their prominent name in pest control, my experience has been deeply troubling and costly. The company presented me with a contract that, once signed, was nearly impossible to exit without incurring substantial fees—facts that were not disclosed upfront. After realizing the nature of this binding agreement, I felt compelled to take legal measures, including issuing a No Trespassing order to prevent their unsolicited visits. The involvement of lawyers was necessary to finally cease all contact with them. The customer support during this ordeal was non-responsive and unhelpful, which only added to the frustration. Additionally, I am skeptical of the authenticity of many of their positive reviews online; some don't seem directly related to the services provided by Terminix at all. This situation has led me to conclude that potential customers should either avoid this company altogether or insist on a flexible, month-to-month agreement if considering their services. Please be wary and review all contract details thoroughly before committing to their services.
