Pocono and NYC Family
Olyphant, PA
The best experience ever. Our technician is Charles and he does an outstanding job both in and outside of our home. Was living down south for 20 months when we came back to our Pocono, PA house that was infested with mice!!! It was a nightmare. I contacted Terminix and within a day they came and addressed the problems. It’s been about a year since then and I have them come to the house every quarter and to date, not a single mouse. They also do a tick treatment outside in the summer and fall months - which has been great for our dog and us.

PAY UP FRONT AND GET NO SERVICE. Do not hire these guys. They took our money up front and didn't provide any service. When we tried to cancel within their 3 day cancellation policy, they refused to honor their cancellation policy.

They convinced me that a recurring smell in my home, and phorid flies in my living room, were caused by bat droppings in my attic. They convinced me the insulation (that was just inspected two months earlier, and found in good condition), was actually bad, and had to be replaced, because the last installers did a poor job cleaning up bat droppings. $5,000 wasted. The smell is just as strong as before, it's from critters getting under my porch, and the terminix installer just kept saying to me "your attic smells better". Don't let these guys anywhere near your house. They ghosted me, and now I have to deal with the attorney general and lawyers.

This branch and the national company have zero idea of what customer service is . You can’t call the branch. The national customer service cannot issue refunds so the branch that took the payment and diid not provide the service gets to decide if they will issue a refund. The branch also thinks that by saying they will go back and perform the service is enough to keep you from requesting a refund. Was basically told my case has been escalated twice and still no service done at the address. Really terrible notions around customer satisfaction- they are being sued in Alabama for fraud wish I read that before I called them!!!
