Lowered my review. Terminex didn’t come with proper tools and was suppose to come back and finish the baits. Never anything. Please come back and finish the job. I called in today they saying next week. They didn’t inspect attic either. I’m not sure why but had to have someone else go up and found tunnels up there after and openings.

Terminex is absolutely the worst company we’ve ever dealt with. Between the lies and price gouging, they shouldn’t even be in business. I could write a chapter on the most unprofessional people I’ve ever heard. A few examples or why I’m writing this review…someone came out to check out home because we were concerned we had a mouse. The guy came back and put multiple sticky traps down and we got charged close to $900. Absolutely insane, but our hands were tied there. Also, the guy was from Erlich, who apparently is Terminex. Then we needed someone for insects that turned out to be termites in our basement. We didn’t want Erlich to come back, so we called Terminex, who again, is Erlich apparently. The person who came to look at the house was an a one player. He tried schmoozing two 80 yr old people, and I’m happy I was there. What a shame. And yes another bill for over $1,000 this time. I will never ever recommend such an unprofessional company. There has to be better. Terrible customer service as well. Just an all around bad experience, not once but twice.

This place is a joke was told numerous times that the tech was on their way never showed up, sat in my house for two days. Still no phone call from the tech. I called the call service. They kept reassuring me that the tech was on their way, but yet never showed up. I am now three days waiting for somebody to come to my house after I have already paid for it. I have an issue with bees in my house and I’m going on vacation and I can’t go now because I have nobody to come to my house to dogs sit because I have bees in my house. I have never dealt with Customer service This-bad in my life they rescheduled my appointments without anyone calling me. They just did it and I didn’t know that it was rescheduled till I called them to find out why the person hasn’t arrived yet and they told me that it was rescheduled so then today I call and they keep telling me that the tech is on their way. The tech is on their way, but yet no tech has arrived. I will never use this service ever again. If you can’t do the job just tell me I’ll figure something else out. Don’t just leave me a limbo after you’ve already taken my money.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Terminix has been beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. From day one, communication has been terrible. The salesperson who originally signed me up disappeared as soon as I had questions… I reached out multiple times and never got a single response except “sorry I don’t have service or I’m on the road all day man”- It took over two months just to get one refund issued, and as of today, they still owe me three more refunds. Every time I call, I get bounced around or given the runaround. But what really set me off was the most recent appointment debacle. I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, which I confirmed twice ahead of time for a job they originally didn’t finish which I only found out because two months later I went up to put some summer furniture away (shame on me for just taking their word) that it was finished. Then, out of nowhere, the tech messages me tonight not to confirm for Saturday or apologize for missing the scheduled appointment for Saturday but to say they’re coming on Monday instead. Like… what?! How does that even happen? If I had known this was the kind of service I’d be dealing with, I would have never chosen Terminix. They’re unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly have no respect for their customers’ time or money. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Best service in the area. The technicians are very knowledgeable about the most up to date products and services available. They’re super helpful and easy to reach especially for such a big company. Their prices are competitive with the smaller companies but with much more attention to detail and quality. I wouldn’t trust my home with anyone else!

John came for the initial service for bed bugs. He took the time to explain everything & answered all of our questions. He was thorough in his exam & treatment & we were so pleased with his service. He is customer- & service-oriented. That first service yielded an excellent treatment response. When a glitch occurred because of an unreliable technician, John stepped up to the plate & asked to be our technician despite his work area is in another area & county. We were beyond thrilled to see h8m today. Once again, he answered questions, gave information, & said he would come for the subsequent treatments. He was here for over an hour, being the incredibly thorough person he is. On a side note, he was key in helping us locate our semi-feral indoor cat who is a master at hiding in the house. John's goal was to keep her safe, which we were able to do. The "extras" - the going above & beyond - are a BIG plus! I hope this review is taken into consideration by the higher-ups who need to recognize that John is the exemplary employee that both the company & the customer have come to expect. And WE asked where & how to give him kudos because, afterall, recognition for a job well done needs to be noted & shared. If you happen to sign on for Terminix services & receive notication that John is coming, just know you're getting the BEST!
