When I called to set up service, I didn’t have all needed info, the customer service rep offered to call me back the following evening and did so! She was very kind and helpful. The tech worked with me to fit into my schedule to get us pest control very quickly. And when the tech came out, Andrew (manager) was very kind and had excellent customer service. He also answered questions I had once I returned home in the evening. I am very pleased with the customer service and have faith that the treatments will be effective.

Today was the first treatment. The guy that came was very kind and very through and spent what I felt was a long time treating my house. I was under contract with a different pest control company for a year and it just didn't help at all so I have a huge infestation of roaches. He was very understanding and put me at ease. I feel so much better just after the first treatment. Thank you so much terminex.

Came out to our house with no prior communication and then sent a bill in the mail for $165. We moved into our house 5 months ago and have had no communication with them whatsoever. When we called, they said that the previous home owners spoke on our behalf to say that we would like to continue the service. THAT IS NOT LEGAL. We signed no contract and had no contact stating that we would like to start or continue a service with them. On top of that, we had no clue they even came to the house. Our back yard is not accessible unless we unlock the gate and neither me nor my husband has any clue anyone even came by. So what was the $165 bill for??? Spraying the front of our house? We may have picked up the service if they would have reached out, but now we will never look to doing business with them again!

Just received a random bill for $165. Never used or singed up for service in this area. They claimed a technician came to my house and conducted services without my knowledge. I will never be using this business. Customer support wasn't any help either. They said they would put in a request to have it reviewed.

I was quoted $600 initial service fee of an $1100 annual contract. They promised a team would come out and do the whole house. What I got was 1 person who had 45mins to do a standard service. I felt completely ripped off. I had to fire the guy before he started. Orkin is going to charge $160 for the same initial service and has a guarantee. Don't waste your time on this clown show.

This is how the the events of services played out on 11/20 with technician Juan I'm moving into a new home and notified terminix on 11/14 that I've moved and wanted my service switched to the new address, so prior to the apt the address was updated. I was told the window for the apt was from 3-5 and that I needed to be at the property, so I took off of work to be there. I texted the technician at 4:34 asking him to give me a heads up when he was coming. No response At 5pm I texted again asking if everything was ok and if he was still coming. Still no response. I then called terminix at 5:01 and they tried to call him, no answer The technician then called me at 5:28 and was at my old property. Had the technician communicated back he wouldn't have been at the old address. This is really horrible service After speaking with Terminix they said a Manager would call. I got a text from manager on 11/21 offering me nothing but excuses, a lame apology, bad customers service, and cherry on the top no refund or credit. If I could give 0 stars for service I would

Juan is awesome! We were running behind but really wanted him to spray the inside of the house. Rather than miss us, he sent us a message telling us he left our ticket open, would do another house and then come back. Which he did. We are very grateful for Juan!!!

My technician Nicholas was polite and courteous but above all professional. He was very patient and understanding with all my questions and concerns. I did not feel rushed at all throughout the whole process. I feel that overall, my time and property was respected.

Had a fantastic experience with TERMINIX. My Wife and I were selling our home and it was found that we had some termite damage. Ben with TERMINIX was who we worked with. As you all know, home selling/buying can be stressful. Ben helped us navigate the problem and gave a speedy solution so the potential home buyer felt comfortable following through with the process. Thanks TERMINIX for the help and shout out to Ben for always being available to talk through the scheduling. It’s really appreciated.
