Worst customer service, labor, and etiquette I have ever experienced. I’d be more detailed, but they don’t deserve the time it would take to write all the ways we were wronged. We were lied to about everything from the extent of the service to the order it would be done in. After fighting for over 6 months to get some of the $3,500 we spent, I finally gave up. They were clearly not intent on giving back a dime of what I had paid them. Well, here we are about a year after they first came out, and the raccoon I had called them to take care of is back in my attic again. I cannot recommend highly enough, please do not put yourself through the same frustration. Do not call terminix for anything. P.S. If you think you should go by the majority of five star reviews, you should recognize that most people do not venture into their attic to examine the work that was done. I have been doing work on my house and have been in my attic regularly. They do not do what they say they do.

Unacceptable service when you have a contract and a problem in between scheduled visits. Make you wait 5 hours and then randomly change your appointment to another 5 hour window without any sort of notification maybe they show up for that one or maybe they don't.

I have had the greatest experience and the greatest success with Terminix in removing rodents from my home. I had no idea of how large the problem really was until the inspector came and did the inspection. My technicians, Darren and Ruth, have done a phenomenal job baiting, locating, and removing them; when I call they come. I trust Terminix and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone and they were budget friendly.

Mike is our regular technician and has been servicing our home for the past three years. He is friendly, professional and always does a thorough job. He checks with us each time to inquire if we need inside areas addressed when also doing the exterior. If we ever need an extra visit they are happy to accommodate.

We had a contract for bees they came out twice still had bees. The next time they were to come out the Canton office never set up an appointment and thought they were coming out when we were at a doctors appointment. Never got a call back to reschedule anything! We requested a refund and a notification of a refund still haven’t heard. I wouldn’t waste my time or energy on them what a waste of money.

We recently had a pest issue and this was my first time using Terminix. My inspector Sean was great. He was very knowledgeable and courteous,explained everything in detail when I had questions about the service and how it works. A really nice guy. My technician was Leslie and she was awesome. She explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had. She reassured me every step of the way. Also ,gave me tips.
