Worst company I’ve ever worked with. What they actually charged was way above the price that was agreed on. They charged me for a full insolation replacement but only replaced maybe 1/4 of the insolation that was in the attic. They covered my outside vent with a bird screen which was also unrelated to the issue. After making multiple payments, and also setting up automatic payments over the phone with a customer service representative. They proceeded to inform me that I was late on my payments. Which was supposed to be withdrawn automatically. Also, after calling in and paying off the entire bill “which was way over priced for 2 hours of work” over 8,000 dollars and almost 3,000 more than the price that was agreed on before any work was done. They called me a week later and informed me that I owed for the month after. Almost another 1,000 dollars. If I could recommend to anyone, do not use this company. Unless you’re ready to overpay, be sent to collections and still have the same issues after the company leaves. I would personally give 0-5 stars. Absolutely absurd. And after sending the problems over to collections. Automatically taking money out of the account that was supposed to be set up for autopay. So now they took what I owed “apparently”. And I still have to fight with the company they sent it to. Terrible.

Austin, who’s is the Route Technician in my area, goes beyond each and every visit. On time, shows patience. Most importantly, Austin give details what to expect with next service. Very flexible, will add your location if service is needed at the last minute.

RJ is a great technician. He always has a smile on his face, is courteous and quick so there’s little disruption while he’s doing his job. I had several technicians over the years and it’s nice to have the same person for each visit. He gets to know you and brings a personal tough to each visit. He’s great!

We've had a three different guys out to our house. The first guy wasn't very informative or cheerful. 2nd guy was great. But this last guy was the best of all. He even did my brother's wheelchair! That really meant a lot. He seemed very caring and serious about his job. John was awesome!

They make it easy to schedule online... That's about it. Scheduled a morning appointment. Called when time window was over. On hold for ever. Finally talk to someone and they tell me I have an afternoon appointment. Well the account I created says morning appointment. Anyway tech shows up and does his thing. I'm still in my 30 day window if i still see ants. And here we go again..Every number you call is GARBAGE. On hold 3 different times for 30 minutes. NOTHING. The tech gives you a business card with cell # and email...NOTHING. So after paying $238.00 and time off my life wasted I'm no further ahead with ant problem. Customer service=GARBAGE Service provided=GARBAGE RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL WASTE IF TIME AND $$$$$$$$.

Called for help I had a raccoon living in my attic and started destroying drywall and needed help asap I talked with customer service they took all my information and said they would put me on a priority list and said a exterminator would contact me as soon as they could. They never called me back I had to find somebody else and they came the very next day and took care of the raccoon! Just horrible service and will never recommend them to anyone. I’m actually glad they didn’t come I had a very knowledgeable man take care of the problem and he was great and very understanding and made me feel comfortable in my home again.

Leslie was amazing! Took her time to explain the services available and procedures for the best outcome. This young lady went out of her way to understand what we needed and how to best provide that service. This is by far the best customer service received in years from Terminix. She is an asset to your business and I am grateful for her stellar professionalism.
