Inspector arrived on time and entered my home wearing protective booties. He assessed the situation and provided a reasonable quote to address the issue, without trying to upsell other services. The technician arrived on time the next day. He removed his boots when entering my home and only placed them on when he was near the attic. He was very thorough with the removal and completed the job as needed.

I can say with certainty I have never experienced such terrible service. I originally had Orkin for my pest control at home, but Terminix advertised the same plans for less money. I made the switch to Terminix and very quickly regretted it. They have not come to my home since May 30th. Every time I call customer service, they are extremely helpful and very kind, but their messages to management or the technicians never get relayed. I have NEVER received a call back from management regarding the lack of follow through on my service. I made the switch back to Orkin this afternoon and will be getting a service call TOMORROW.... When I called Terminix to cancel, I explained I have been paying for two months without ANY service, the gentleman I spoke to was rude and taken aback when I asked about a refund for the LACK of service. Needless to say I am not getting refunded. NEVER AGAIN TERMINIX!

My first experience ever with Terminix and it was a great one. The first interaction was with Bruno who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I had follow up questions. My second interaction was with Brian who explained what was going to be accomplished during his visit. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient.

The work provided by the employee Najee who comes out to spray is outstanding, well respected and a hard worker. As for the price that continues to go up and up, has put me in a position to look somewhere else. Having no bugs is certainly great, but the cost has reached a point to where enough is enough

I used them twice with no problems and then immediately began to run into issues. They have no communication between their techs and who makes appointments, they guys that showed up at my house had absolutely no idea what they were doing there. They were just told to “show up”. I had a total of 7 no show appointments where I took time out of my day to be there and they didn’t show up, also charged me for work they didn’t even do!! By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Used the location based out of Syracuse NY. Well I should say attempted because we made an appointment and THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Did not even call to say they weren’t coming out either. I called the office and the lady said the best she can do is set up an appointment for a different day which I am unavailable for and said she didn’t know what else to tell me. I am very disappointed with this. I understand things happen, however, a simple phone call stating they weren’t coming would have been the least they could do.

Guys are Crooks helped a friend and suggested they get a quote from these guys for possible critters in attic , guy came out and gave a quote of $1800 !!! To treat for mice .. the next company they called came and said there where no findings sealed some things and left some poison for $500 bucks . Shame on you guys!!!

We had the exclusion service (metal put between foundation and siding to protect for mice) put on our townhome circa 2020/2021. The techs that did that work were great. In early December, another mouse was found in our attic. Terminix guaranteed we wouldn’t see mice again when we had the exclusion put on. We found one mouse, so be it. I called and called and called Terminix, only to get their help desk every time. I asked to speak to the local branch manager, to discuss how they would handle this. More trapping? Some new sealing in the attic? Give me something. Communicate something. I had to wait three weeks just for a call back from the local office. THREE WEEKS. By that point, more mice could have gotten in, and they did. I gave up. I called Meerkat and they were out to my home within a day, sealed up everything Terminix failed to do, and were a pleasure to deal with. Terminix failed big time. Don’t bother with them. Go with Meerkat. They’re local to upstate NY, provide quicker service and are more reliable. I basically paid for Terminix’s service and then Meerkat’s on top of that because Terminix’s reliability was atrocious. Avoid.
