The best fumigator goes to Robert he is good what he does and get the job done. I can honesty say I am very impressed. the Job he does. & he’s very good at what he does he keeps the animal away from your home and if you do got seriously animals or insects, he gets rid of them quick I honestly recommend Robert he gets a job DONE and also, he is a very great person thank you, Robert once again 🙏🏼🤞🏼😁 can’t complain about your service . 10/10

This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. They deliberately misled us about pricing and hid additional fees that were never disclosed upfront. We were pushed into signing the contract based on false information. When we tried to cancel, we were shocked to find out they demanded a $1,600 cancellation fee—something they conveniently failed to mention. This company is completely disorganized, dishonest, and operates like scammers. Absolutely horrible experience. Stay away.

Excellent service, peace of mind Very simple from setting up the appointment for them to come out, coming out just a couple of days after the call to setting the cage trap and finally coming the same day the raccoon was trapped to pick up, also the raccoon was not harmed

My technician William is amazing! He calls a week before to remind me, rings the doorbell and notifies me he is here and asks if I have any concerns then he calls to tell me when he is finished and the month he will be back. He is dedicated, friendly and you can tell he is good at his job.

If I could give a negative star I would! I accepted a quote for birds in my soffit on my roof line. They sent someone to do the work who said it was a two person job and reached out to their manager to let them know. I was charged the full price of the job even though it hadn't been done. After several calls the manager then sent another inspector instead of sending someone to do the job. I told them I didn't need an inspector I needed someone to do the job. He then sent the same person he sent initially who couldn't do the job and explained to me that it needed to be subcontractor because of the height of the roof. He contacts his manager again to explain this. The manager then calls and tells me it has to be subcontractors to do the job, he says they were scheduled and what happens no one shows up, no phone call.. so here we are more than a month later I've been charged for a service that has not been provided and still getting the run around for the work to be done.

I'm absolutely appalled by this service. After being a customer for five years, I’m now facing a serious wasp infestation on my deck. When I first called for assistance, they scheduled a same-day appointment, but the technician never showed up, and I didn't even receive a courtesy call to explain. When I called back, I was told there were no available slots for the rest of the month! They claimed they would escalate my emergency and promised to reach out within 24-48 hours—no one ever did. I made several follow-up calls, only to be met with the same empty assurances and zero action. It's been a week now, and I’m left in the lurch with no response and no resolution. This is beyond ridiculous! I’m done with them and switching to Viking Pest Control. It’s infuriating that they’ve happily taken my money for years, but when I actually need help, they completely drop the ball. What a disgrace!
