I've been a long-term customer of the company, but don't know that each of the products are effective. Regarding the termite treatment. When I purchased my home 15+ years ago, there was evidence of termites on the exterior. According to the inspections, there is no longer any evidence. The reps come regularly to check the bait stations. The mosquito treatment does not seem to be effective. We could not be in the yard or outside for an extended period due to the flying pest. I think that the spray used attracted them. My neighbors didn't seem to have the same issues. As a precaution, I also get the pest treatment. No news is good news, I guess. There has been no evidence of creepy crawlers or silverfish. I appreciate that the company is very responsive and attentive. The reps are timely and the service workers and representatives are polite and empathetic.

I can’t say enough great things about Terminix and specifically my service tech Jamar Ross. He gave me his cell number on one of his first service calls and never makes me feel bad for reaching out to him directly. I’ve had several emergency situations with wasps over the last month and he literally drops everything to come help me. Poor man is probably regretting giving me his number! Jamar is truly my life saver!!

Jamar Ross is fantastic! He's very knowledgeable, great with advice, always very responsive and even checks in with us to make sure we're all set. Any time we've had a question - be it scheduling or admin-related, or pest-related - we just reach out to him. He gets our needs addressed quickly, and always has a patient ear. We strongly recommend Terminix, and Jamar in particular.

Avoid! They came and inspected my home and recommended their 365 plan. when the time came for treatment, they said I need to buy another service and the extra cost starts at 1300 usd despite having inspected the home in the first place. I cancelled their services but they do not refund me keep saying that the refund is being processed.

Tyrell the tech I am very appreciative of this tech that was sent over he is very knowledgeable and went the extra mile in order to have everything take care of. Recently purchased our home and decided to continue to Pest365 recommended by the previous owners - discussed pricing via text with terminix and then had an inspector come which both provided 2 different prices. The inspector was very nice and tired to be as helpful as possible so I decided paying the few extra dollars was worth it. He gained my trust and arranged a time for the technician to come and do the initial spraying on a time we decided and was arranged to fit my work schedule. Waiting here this morning between my window time to find out no one is schedule to come to my home after I had to make multiple calls to figure out why my time is being wasted. The team stated there was a call out and assigned a new technician promptly. Technician called and was very nice and I understood that I was an addition to his original schedule. My window was 8am-10am and now he will not be here until the afternoon. This is frustrating at the fact that you pay $800+ per year for something that the office cannot even be on top of their schedule. Please beware that if you have a tight schedule don’t bother making an appointment until you have the full day to waste waiting for these people. I hope this service is worth the frustration. Despite my frustrations, our inspector Tony and tech Charles have been wonderful and super helpful through this process. Charles was thorough and helpful for preventative measures in my home.

Francis was awesome he went over everything that needed to be done at the house with our rodent issue we had experience. Sal was the tech that came and help solve the issue at the moment. Both employees were very professional and explained everything where we can understand.

Absolute nightmare dealing with this branch. I subscribed to a service in November 2023. The tech did an AWFUL job- missed 1/2 the house and took a few pics to show as evidence of the appointment. Threw some glue traps in random spots and plugged a few holes with steel wool. I was told by the sales rep it’s a several hour appointment- this tech was out in less than an hour. I reached out to Terminix to have someone come back to redo the job as it was nowhere near complete. Ed Eberhard called me to reschedule at which point another tech came out. This time I showed the tech the areas the first gentleman missed and was told he couldn’t complete the job bc he didn’t have a ladder. I reached out to ed again to let him know of the situation and was told he would schedule someone again. No one ever came and Ed stopped responding to my calls. Fast forward to today- still no resolution and now no one from the branch will respond to my escalations. Are they more concerned with their chargebacks and commissions than rectifying the situation? If I could give zero stars I would. Awful customer service. Awful way of treating people. This was my 2nd house using Terminix but after this fiasco- never again.
