Noticed my wood floor near front door was roughed up and showing damage. Called my local Terminix branch. They immediately sent Quincy out to inspect and confirm a termite infestation. I agreed to service to treat issue. The very next day, Gabriel, installed the bait stations along with applying the treatment that should take care of issue. So far my experience, with Susan in the local office along with Quincy and Gabriel, have all been positive. They all were pleasant and willing to answer my questions. It will take about 3 weeks for treatment to work. Gabriel has assured me company will come back and inspect problem area to ensure treatment is working. I appreciate having a company provide peace of mind along with good service.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I paid $1050 for squirrel removal. They came, opened up the hole squirrels were getting into more & set one Conibear trap (no one way door in the hole, nothing). The hole was left wide open creating a bigger issue. When the trap did get a squirrel, it rotted on my roof (late summer hot) for TWO WEEKS before I could get anyone out. Once they did, the trap was set again, and caught a squirrel. It is now mid December and they STILL haven’t been back out. This was in August. Thankfully, I had a family friend assist and the problem is done with. However, I basically paid $1050 for a trap from Menards. I have called & called for a refund with ZERO returned calls, emails, updates, etc. My family lawyer will be in contact. RUN from this place. UPDATE: they did reach out after this post and are giving me a full refund.
