The operator who answers their phone and take your request was friendly, polite and listened to my request. The dates offered for the home visit initially to correct the problem of ants, was not going to work. She had me wait on the line while she contacted the Scheduling Supervisor and worked out a better date for me. I believe her name was Candy. She was very professional and I was treated the way you would expect to be treated and she solved my issue. This was nothing like how you are treated with other operators at other companies. Where you are treated to the game of ComCast Roulette. You take the time to explain the issues your having, only to be disconnected from the Philippines and transferred six times to other parts of the world. I wish Candy good luck and no we are not related.

I'd give them 0 stars If I could, absolute clowns. I've had 2 missed appointments with no notification. The first time I was told that their website allows user to schedule appointments outside of their working hours and that's why no one ever showed up or called. The second time I booked while on the phone with a rep after the first missed appointment, the second appointment time came and went with no tech and no call. Again I called in and was informed my appointment had moved from 8 to 10 am to 12 to 2pm, with no notification or communication. My time is not limitless and is not yours to reschedule on a whim. Disrespectful and unprofessional beyond words, I understand sometimes appointments have to move but this is bad customer service.
