Why is this important to me?
I have had OTHER services (not terminix), that have never notified me when they be coming. And they don't notify me when they arrive or leave and then these OTHER COMPANIES send me a bill for rook that I never went in the spring done.
This is why I like Terminix. They're professional, they provide personal service and keep you informed.
If they discontinue this kind of service I would do two things. I will let you know and I would find another company

Please, please do not use this company!!!! I could not be more disappointed. I had a bat in my house, the inspector came out. I signed a contract for removing the bat and closing up all exclusions in my attic. I thought we talked about what days I was available to be there but maybe I was not clear enough. They scheduled me for 5 days later and assured me the team would be at my house between 8-8:30am and out before 10am so I could go to work right after.
That day I woke up 2 hours early so I could drop the dog off at the sitters, be at my house (which I’m obviously not staying at right now) to get ready for work and for them to arrive at 8am. At 9:15 I call and ask for an update because I had not even received a call from anyone? They rudely tell me they were “running late” and wouldn’t be there until between 1-3pm. I called at 3:15 and was told someone would call me back with an update in an hour. I called at 5:15 and was told the technician AND branch manager were not answering and could not give me an update. Shocker, they never showed up and never called.
Running 9 hours late to what I would think would be their first appointment of the day? And they can’t even call and tell me? I ask if they can fit me in another day and the next one isn’t for 2 weeks. I ask to talk to a manager and was told “someone would call me in a couple days”. Not to mention I had to tell my boss I would not be coming to work at all that day, which did not go over well.
The next day I called and got a refund.

This has been the worst experience ever. I paid them in full to come out and treat our problem. The first two times they came out with no problem however the 3rd time no one came out at all after scheduling an appointment. Come to find out terminix canceled and I wasn't informed so after taking off for the appointment no one showed. I called spoke with someone who said someone would call by Monday. No call no email again radio silence. I get a text that someone is on the way Tuesday. No ones available because we had no communication. I call again to cancel and get another appointment when someone is available. They give me a 48hr turn around. Still nothing. I call once again and was told the appointment hasn't been scheduled and what time do I prefer and that this isn't scheduling just notes and my response is to tell them. After reiterating this wasn't scheduling we hang up. I go to check my account because again no one has communicated with me I see they scheduled it for a time I once again am not aware of and then receive a text that a tech is on the way. This is highly unacceptable. I have been trying to reach a manger for two weeks as this has been an ongoing issue. To say this is not the terminix way and to keep getting piss poor service and the runaround instead of addressing the issue is asinine. Once this situation is rectified I will not be using their service again. If I hadn't paid in full I would be taking my money elsewhere. This is so unprofessional. I have never had this type of experience before.

The technician informed me of how to keep the exterior of my home termite-free by suggesting I keep the grass around the perimeter of my house cut low to keep the pests from building a tunnel near the house. -Customer Service: The customer service representative was very responsive and accommodating, promptly addressing my billing request. I made an error when selecting what type of service I needed when using the website. The exterminator who showed up to do the service worked with me to understand the options and took the time to call a customer service rep who drove to my house and met with us within 30 mins of meeting the exterminator. She helped me with the correct service we needed and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The exterminator was a very good representative for Terminix also and deserves to be recognized as well. I really liked the no pressure sales tactics that every employee I talked to used and how everything was explained both with pros and cons. Both people I met in person were great and well versed in the companies operations and types of treatments we needed.

Before you sign on with this company certain things you need to know that they do not tell you when a salesman comes to your home. Most importantly, your technician is not allowed by their company policy, to get up on a small stool or even a small ladder to take care of any insect problem you have on your house so if your problem is not a little more than arm's length you are on your own or you will have to get another company that will take care of that problem. Secondly all your calls go through a call center and sometimes your messages and issues that you need resolved might get a return response from the proper parties,but most often you don't and you'll find yourself chasing down for someone for service. Lastly do not count on your appointments that they give you. The last two appointments that I had with two specific individuals did not show and I have been trying to get help for almost a month and this is added to the fact that any of the special arrangements that I had to make for the people involved and the time to be there was unacknowledged and ignored and no apology was ever offered except for the call center who can only after that take yet another message and send yet another email and each team member seems to point the finger at the other one. And don't dare voice your frustration because the supervisor will hang up on you. The only reason I am even giving them two stars because the technicians that I had were decent people doing the best they can within the confines of the company policies. You will be better off getting a local company and paying a little more money in getting the top service you deserve.
