I had a great experience with the Terminix sales rep, Dash. He was the complete opposite of the usual pushy or sketchy salespeople that come around knocking at your door. Dash was super polite, respectful, and professional- even though he looked really young, he carried himself well. I told him upfront that I’m not into smooth‑talking or pressure tactics, just give me the bottom line: what are you offering and what’s it gonna cost? He answered every question clearly, no games, no pressure, no trying to upsell me into something I didn’t need. He was genuine, straightforward, and easy to talk to. I ended up signing up because it felt like a solid deal and good value, especially since I didn’t have any pest control service yet.

I had black ants crawling over my kitchen counter. If I left a speck of anything, the whole colony was there to clean it up. Terminix was in the neighborhood. I scheduled an appointment. The showed up in a few days. They were very prompt and courteous, explained what they were going to do and why. That was a few weeks ago. I haven't seen an ant since in my house. I'm very satisfied.

Stefan from Terminix does an outstanding job with both our pest control and mosquito control services. He is always professional, reliable, and very thorough. Stefan takes the time to explain what he’s doing and makes sure everything is handled properly. Since he started, we’ve noticed a huge improvement, and it gives us real peace of mind. We truly appreciate his hard work and highly recommend him! Our vacation home is located on the Big Island in Hawaii and pest control along with mosquitoes is a big issue. Stefan has been able to do an amazing job and his effort has resulted in resolving the pest issues at our property.

From initial appointment to follow through, I have been very pleased with the staff and professional at Terminix. I really like the follow through, the emails to keep in touch, and messages and emails to let you know they are coming, and they were right on time for a home inspection, I learned a lot about how to keep my home safer from roaches etc, the tech was so knowledgeable and took his time to explain all the steps to come for our treatments. Very impressed.

I’m updating this review to reflect the improvements that followed a second visit from the Terminix team. Our black ant infestation was worse than most—ants in every room, sealed food being invaded, and swarms several times a day. After a follow-up and second treatment, I’m happy to say there’s been a real turnaround. Travis, the technician, took the time to observe the ants’ path and locate the source. He was thorough and communicative. So far, the treatments appear to be working, and we’re hopeful this trend continues.
