Was kinda weird that they do the inspection and then schedule the service a few days later but I rolled with it. Was scheduled an inspection for nearly a week after my call. That guy then postponed my service 3 times before I called Orkin who was able to come out a few hours later, provided the service, and had me set up for quarterly maintenance. If you're having issues with Terminix showing up, I guess call orkin 😆.

Excellent customer service - the technician introduced herself before starting, and described each step she would be doing. Very kind and courteous service. She was very thorough all around the exterior of the house in her application of the pest control product.

I have had Service through this company for almost 9 months now and the Technician that originally was coming here every time did not do a good job at all and was NOT thorough. However Ben come out past week for the first time to my home and absolutely did amazing. He came in my home,moved everything and made sure he did his job very well. I cant definetly tell this man cares about his clients and he has work ethic. For the first time in 8 months,I actually have hope that this problem can be resolved. We have used Terminix for several years. We have always had the same service technician. Justin is friendly and always answers our questions. He's professional and knowledgeable. I almost canceled my service because it was getting more difficult to pay, even though the charge is quarterly. The customer service representative was very friendly and understanding. They gave me a discounted price without hesitation. I live in a rural area, so we have several pests to worry about. I'm worry-free about the pests in my home thanks to Terminix.

Terminix sold me the best service they had said they would get rid of everything. They have been coming here for about six months. I started seeing fleas recently. I contacted them, they said they would send someone out but it would be a little over two weeks before they could get here. They showed up today completely unprepared for a flea treatment and said it could not be done today. I should have never seen a flea in the first place since I paid for their top of the line kill everything and let God sort them out plan I called in to cancel my service and they told me they were going to cancel me but I still had to pay the rest of the contract, over $800. I obviously told them good luck collecting. They are one of the worst companies I have done business with in a very long time. I had removed my review because the branch manager told me I would not be held liable for the $800 for the remainder of the contract after they were fired. As it should be, when you are fired you no longer get paid. Today I was contacted by their collection team demanding $800, I told them to turn me over to collections. I have all of the emails to and from the manager and look forward to a day in court. My time is very expensive, they can pay me to fight them. In the mean time I suggest that EVERYONE avoid this company at all costs. They are nothing but scammers that cannot do what they promise and still expect to get paid after termination of the contract.
