Worst experience I've ever had with a company. I signed up to get my inside and outside sprayed. They set me up an appointment in the afternoon, then later changed my appointment without calling or contacting me to a morning time frame I was suppose to be at work. I happen to be off that day. The guy the sent out was so unprofessional and told me he couldn't spray the inside of my place. I call customer service and they set me up another afternoon appointment. Then they changed it again without any notice. This goes on for a month. Constant changing of appointments with no notice or contact. They sent the same guy out 3 times and every time he refused to spray the inside. The last time he came out he he had a bottle from dollar general and asked me where i wanted him to spray. I told him I'm not doing this they need to send someone who knows what their doing. Not only an im going through all this. When I signed up the man told me I'd pay the initial price of like 180. Then from there on out I'd pay 35 dollars every 3 months. I double checked with him on the price and he told me that was it. Then a month later I'm being charged 48 bucks that I did not approve or even know about. I'm being told that that's the service I'm signed up for and I'm gonna be churned every month. I talked to customer service and explained to them I was led to and I'm not authorizing these charges every month. I canceled my service with them and they refuse to give me a refund of the 48 bucks that I didn't know I was being charged.

My technician is not only very efficient and detailed with his work but incredibly nice and someone who truly cares about the quality of work, he is providing. Very happy with my Terminix service and thankful we hired them for all of our pest control needs, especially the wasps!

Avoid Terminix – Unprofessional and Disorganized in Manhattan, KS! I scheduled pest control service with Terminix in Manhattan, Kansas, and it was a complete disaster. The technician showed up over six hours late, then sat in my driveway for 30 minutes on a personal phone call while I stood there waiting. I had already taken off work and wasted my entire day. Now Terminix is trying to charge my credit card a cancellation fee—even though they failed to provide professional or timely service. When I tried to contact them to discuss the issue, I got the runaround from someone in another region. My emails go unanswered, and no one at their office seems to know what’s going on. It’s clear this is a very disorganized and unresponsive operation. Do yourself a favor and use a trusted local company instead. Terminix is not worth your time or money.

Oliver has been great. I appreciate that it’s the same person who comes out every time and that he’s so thorough. He also makes decisions on what to use where based on our dogs and is always sure to let me know where to keep them away from and for how long. Overall, very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful!

The Termiinex technician Oliver Westbrook is fantastic! He is easy to communicate with, returns phone calls/text and shows up when he says he will and in a timely manner. Oliver has an exceptional attitude of getting the job done and done right all while being very professional and polite. Oliver is conscientious about his work and I appreciate someone who believes in hard work.

Getting the inspection and setting up the account was done very promptly. Our service tech Oliver has been excellent. He's conscientious, takes time to explain what he's doing and what to expect, provides detailed follow up, and always responds in a timely manner whenever we contact him. If it weren't for the delay between the inspection and the office scheduling a tech visit, this would have been a five star review.

Do NOT give this company your credit card information - they have no problem telling you one price and then charging more. They also have no problem telling you to your face that they'll fix it, and then doing nothing. Protect yourself - pay by cash or check, never by something that allows them to simply charge you whatever they deem they want. There is apparently NO mechanism for issuing a credit. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Just a TERRIBLE experience! I have been lied to about pricing - told the service was going to cost one amount, got charged $50 more than that amount. When they called to schedule the second appointment, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the billing - no problem, I was assured, we'll get that corrected right away! Second charge was for $50 more than the agreed amount. Tried going through customer service "chat" which was a complete waste of time. I have been assured by the manager (Jeff, who unsurprisingly is no longer with the firm) and two technicians that they would get the problem resolved and follow up with me. Neither part of that ever happened. I have been patient (it's been 10 months) as I assumed people were telling me the truth and not purposely misleading me, and seriously, how hard is it to fix a billing error? There is a word for when you tell a customer that you'll charge them one amount and then charge them 50% more, and then no matter how many interactions you have with the company, just tell you repeatedly that they'll fix it and never do. It's a legal term I believe. I can see from other dissatisfied customers that I will likely get an automated response telling me to email a generic customer service email address. I am overflowing with optimism on that front. When a company can't get a human on the phone, who will take the time to understand your problem and resolve it, even to say we're not going to do anything about it, they don't deserve good customers. Edit a month later: SHOCK!!!! Despite reaching out to them twice, at their request, no follow up. They have the money and they apparently want to keep the money while holding out the appearance of trying to behave honestly and competently.
