Johnson City branch is horrible. Don't show within their 2 hour window or 1 1/2 hours after. No text no call as to why. Customer service lies about making appointments when they don't. They tell you a manager will call me back the same day, no one does. Then I'm told it's 24 to 48 hrs for a call back. Ben with them 5 years. Spent over $5000 to have new insulation put in my attic. Have the exclusion, pest, and termite plans and they just don't care. I'm cancelling everything. If you like being lied to and aggravated, by all means use Terminix. If not, do like I am. Find someone else.

The worst branch ever. I paid for services 99 dollars and 49 dollars for 2 months of service in . January They canceled the first appointment because there was an inch of snow on the ground. Then they rescheduled an appointment without reaching out to confirm in Feburary on the 28th.. So when they showed up and my dog was out they text me that the dog was there and they couldn't get out of truck. Needless to say I didn't see the text until a few days later. I didn't expect them so I wasn't paying attention to what was going on outside. Or on my phone. I was busy that day. When I did see the text I called 3 times got 3 APPOINTMENTS NO SHOW!! 3 DAYS OF WORK MISSED FOR.... I JUST FOUND OUT.....TO HAVE MY SERVICE CANCELLED. WHAT SERVICE??? And mind you I was charged for 2 months. Yes 2 months....$99 and then $50 So yeah, I'd definitely take my business else where. Obviously they could careless about their reputation. Taking a customers money canceling their service without their knowledge no call no letter no email nothing just 150 dollars out of my account. I am gonna shout from the rooftops. I feel so disrespected by their unprofessionalism.

Don’t hire this company to treat bed bugs. I paid $1400 for a guy to come over with a $12 can of bug spray. Had to hire another company to do the job correctly. I literally could have done the job myself. Terminix overlooked so many spots that needed attention. After three treatments and no one living in the property there were still active bed bugs. Huge waste of time and money.
