Had someone from terminix come access the situation after finding a couple termites under some dead wood in my back yard. Already had the regular roach plan for about 45$ a month and requesting to get the termite plan he said he could bundle both for me and it would be 100$ a month for a year after that it was gonna be 60$ and i thought that was a great deal!! After e while i realized i was getting 2 separate bills one for 45$ and another for 100$ and when i called to cancel they said i had to pay the rest of it off to cancel… kinda messed up to make someone keep paying after you screw them over. Would not recommend this pest control service! Also when they did put the traps for the termite they never changed it not even once just installed and charged me 100$ a month for it..

Moses does a fantastic job! He’s great with communication and does thorough work. He’s very prompt. Moses always asks if there are any new areas of concerns when he comes and addresses them right away. Pricing is very reasonable. I do the monthly plan for their services which is $40/month.

My technicians name was Matthew and he was so wonderful! Completed the yearly maintenance in a timely but not hurried manner! Very respectful and made me aware of everything that his visit entailed! I wish all businesses had technicians like these!

Service was ok once I got someone to respond and show up. Multiple instances of very poor communication. No call, no show for appointment today. I have a squirrel that keeps getting in my attic. Pointe of entry sealed in September, but squirrel chewed through in less than 24 hours. Multiple attempts to get someone to come back before I finally had to make complaint. Came back out finally. No more issues until last week. Contacted, no follow up to schedule. I contacted again and was told appointment was scheduled for 1/26/26. I rearranged work schedule to be home and they didn’t show or call. I followed up (again) and was told appointment was rescheduled to 1/31. Would have been nice to have been notified in advance…. I guess we’ll see if they show up on 1/31. $2200 for terrible customer service.

Zero star review if possible. Appointment scheduled from 1PM to 5PM. No show. Multiple calls to the center, they called the tech. No answer or text or email. No response from anyone. Tech still has not shown up or even reached out. Wasted a whole day on them. Better to stick with a local company than a larger company. Very poor customer service. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

I had been having an issue with mice and was using a “local” company for my exterminating issues. They just were not doing what I felt they needed to so I called Terminix to get a quote. Evan came out, conducted a complete inspection and offered me a robust list of solutions. I ended up going with them to not only take care of my mice but to insulate my attic and seal up all holes they were getting in at. Ryan did my pest control and was great! Very informative and friendly. Tom and his crew did my attic and worked very hard. I felt bad they had to be up there all day but they did a professional job with a smile on their faces. All of the guys they sent were locals to the area and all of them came off as way more highly trained and professional than the other guys! If you need anything done I highly recommend trusting the guys in the Terminix trucks to get the job done and done right! You get what you pay for and I learned that the hard way!

A Terminix driver parked his company truck across my private driveway, blocking me from leaving my own home. When I called with the truck number, I was told it would take “24–48 hours” to even identify the driver—despite every truck being GPS tracked. If a company can’t manage accountability for its own employees in real time, I will never trust them with my property.
