The Terminix team conducted 4-step procedures to identify the issue, remove the animal(raccoon), apply the attic corrective insulation and seal the hole from the roof. Brian, the consultant, was arguably the nicest person I have ever met in my few encounters with pest control. Not only was he able to make sure he squeezed us into his schedule last minute for an emergency evaluation, he was incredibly kind, reassuring, and kept what normally is a somber conversation rather lighthearted and thoughtful. He was attentive and showed a lot of care for what we were dealing with instead of “making a quick buck” like some pest control companies do. He even made sure we were able to get services in the timeframe we needed in order to help our 86 year old grandmother. Jason came at the perfect time. Serendipity! Just had basement emptied, cleaned and sterilized. He was able to find many mouse holes he hadn't seen before and sealed them. Good timing because spray foam insulation goes in tomorrow. Fiberglass attracts mice! Thank you!
