It was very good. I remain mouse free😄. The guy who came Marlon did a wonderful job. He checked every area then went outside to check . He is very efficient and very personable and answered all my questions. Thankyou😊 I would recommend this company to all my friends ! Also the girl who helped me with my appointment was extremely nice. Very efficient and kind she listened to me. I never felt brushed of or rushed . Thank you 😊

Recently had Terminix services for bat infestation. The process required two full days to complete, which was expected. Toby Terry was the man in charge of the entire operation and was absolutely exceptional to work with! Very professional, pleasant, and personable. Also, very knowledgeable regarding the job that needed to be done at our home. Two other Terminix employees accompanied him on the job. All were skilled and careful while working inside and outside the home. Throughout the process Toby was awesome with addressing any questions or concerns that we had. We are now completely pest free. Many thanks to Toby and his team for a job well done!! Highly recommended!

Always such a great experience with Terminex, especially with our tech, Ron. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and tells you exactly what you should do to prevent bugs, rodents, and other pests. Very friendly and loves getting to see my dogs every time he is here. Was thinking about switching to a local pest control company, but it’s hard to when Ron is such a great guy.

Marlon was very polite and helpful when he came to my home! Answered all questions and concerns I had and also told me that they have a service to get rid of moles in my yard, I've been wanting them gone so he helped me set up an inspection to get a plan started to get rid of them! Ron is consistently punctual and friendly, and he works efficiently. I was also impressed that they were able to send someone out the same day, even though I called with less than 24 hours' notice. I love this service and will probably continue using it as long as it's available! Being terrified of earwigs and spiders, this service gives me the peace of mind to sleep and live comfortably.
