I have been a Terminix customer for around four years as i live next to a rental property and use them preventatively and until recently, had been satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, after being assigned a new technician, my experience went downhill quickly. I discovered through my home security cameras that the technician was not actually performing the service I was being charged for. It then took nearly three months of repeated calls and follow-ups before anyone truly acknowledged or addressed the issue. Eventually, another technician came out, listened to my concerns, completed the service properly, and told me he would be handling my account going forward. Because of that, I felt comfortable continuing service. However, between my regular quarterly treatments, I recently called about an ant issue near my back door and requested a service visit. To my surprise, Terminix attempted to send the same technician back to my home — the one I had previously reported for not doing his job. When I explained that I was not comfortable having him return, I was told that if I refused him, I would need to find pest control service elsewhere because he was the only technician they would send. After years of loyalty and paying for preventative quarterly service, I am extremely disappointed in how this situation has been handled. Customers should not have to fight for accountability, nor should they be forced to accept service from someone they no longer trust.

Toby and his team at Terminex has always done an amazing job for me. This is my second property I’ve needed their services at and I couldn’t be happier. Their communication is top notch and their work is always clean and respectful of my home.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID 10 years as a loyal customer and now they want to change my agreement! Chad M Adams was my rep. for my contract which started in 2015. He promised my yearly renewal fee would be at a set price every year and would not change. Now Terminix wants to change that! They do not honor their agreements. I called their 844 number and was told would receive call back, NEVER DID. Then I called their location near me, and they still did not honor agreement! I also tried their chat on their website, still not honoring what they said! This company deserves three D’s and a F for Dishonest, Disingenuous, Deceitful & Fraudulent! While the company boasts high internal satisfaction rates, public reviews frequently highlight issues with customer service, scheduling, and billing. Do your homework and choose a loyal company!

We’ve used terminix for many years. Raquel has been our technician for over a year now. She is the absolute best! No complaints about any past techs, but Raquel really goes above and beyond expectations! She communicates with us regularly to see if we have any specific concerns for her upcoming visits. She is very thorough in all that she does and gives us good solutions for issues we’re having. Terminix is lucky to have her! She genuinely cares about serving her clients well.

I have had mice in my home for 15 yrs. I'm terrified of them. I finally called Terminix. Long story short, I took a loan out for $1500.00 from their finance company (still paying). Less than a year later, they're back. Waste of money. Upset that they charged that much money and it did not work. ron texted ahead of time that he would here 3 february at 8:30 to do my outside quarterly device. he was right on time. i’m feeling puny so i didn’t go out to speak to him. i was at the kitchen sink as he was spraying the front of my house. when we saw each other … wave and a smile. he is very personable and easy to talk to especially when i had questions at the first mole baiting treatment.

I have used Terminix for several years now. I always have the best service. Randy has been my technician this whole time. He is wonderful, and is very friendly and thorough. I definitely recommend for anyone to use Terminix.

It was very good. I remain mouse free😄. The guy who came Marlon did a wonderful job. He checked every area then went outside to check . He is very efficient and very personable and answered all my questions. Thankyou😊 I would recommend this company to all my friends ! Also the girl who helped me with my appointment was extremely nice. Very efficient and kind she listened to me. I never felt brushed of or rushed . Thank you 😊
