    DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! We’ve had nothing but issues with the company. They change appointments without notifying. They sealed all exits so the rodents have no way out. They charge for things they have yet to complete.

    Worst service ever! I have tried repeatedly to get service to come in for a mouse issue. They will make appointments and then not show up, or come on a different day when no one was in the office. I would request a call prior to service and that is not an option. I requested a call from management and I am still waiting for it almost 2 weeks later.

    Look at how many one star reviews there are, how is their average 3.8 its got to be way lower. Zero Stars absolutely horrible customer service with 2 no call no shows and no solutions. I call two weeks ago for a slight mouse problem in a unit that could have be taken care of by a simple short visit as a part of our subscription to their service. They said booking had to be 5 days out because they were so busy. I said okay. They give a 4 hour window to us most time which is quite wide but I have them call 30 min before any visit. There was a no call no show for the visit, I brought it to their attention after the window closed so they didn't even try to get the tech out and said we needed to reschedule. I rescheduled for asap which was the following Monday. On Friday the Tech called me to ask if I could reschedule from Monday to Wednesday, I said no bc my tenant has been waiting long enough he said he understood and would get somebody else to take the call. Again the service would have been very short. I was diligent and called at 8:30 on Monday to make sure we were scheduled for Monday with their 8-12 window, the women informed me we weren't and I was scheduled for Wednesday. I said that was unacceptable and we needed somebody to come out today as promised. She said the best she could do is schedule for Tuesday 8-12 window. I said okay. I called at 11 a.m. on Tuesday telling them nobody had showed up. They put in a note to contact me asap. Then they missed the window with another no call no show, so I called again at 12:15. They again made an urgent note to have somebody at the Polk county office to call me. Nobody called. I call at 1:40 they made another note and I told them to have a manager call me about this upsetting situation. No manager ever called me. I called two hours later demanded to speak with a manager the women said they can only do the same she can, note the account. I said I want to talk to a manager probably 4-5 times before she got me one. I spoke with a manager named Nick, I expressed my frustration and the fact that everyone including him has apologized and nothing of an substance or action has been done to help the situation. He gave me his extension and said they should call me tomorrow at the latest. Absolutely ridiculous. I had a busy Wednesday and wasn't able to contact them myself, and wouldn't you know it nobody reached out to me. I knew my tenant needed the situation to be taken care of so on Thursday I went to get traps and set traps myself. We pay good money for this service so that's why I was relying on them to help with the situation. They never helped or communicated at all. An hour after I set the traps myself I received a message from a tech that simply said I'll be there in 15 minutes. We had nothing scheduled, nobody called me, no manager including Nick. The fact that the customer service center sent messages all day to the tech center in Des Moines and nobody bothered to call then they scheduled me without telling me is really all you need to know about how crappy their system is with employee's who have no power or responsibility for out comes. This is the company's fault ultimately, but obviously the employee's are partially to blame. They won't give you a number to contact your local office directly and that is the most frustrating thing about their idiotic system. I canceled the service today, they offered me a 50 dollar credit, I said no way you couldn't pay me to have your service after this.

    We have been customers for over 4 years and did not have issues until recently. About 3 months ago we purchased an exclusion service for over $2k. We were told it would be completed within a timely manner of a couple weeks. They started the service, did not have all the necessary parts and promised to be back another day. That was over 2 months ago. We have tried to contact the local office to schedule someone to come finish the service and it has been a nightmare. All calls go through a call center and you are promised your complaints will be addressed and someone from the local office will reach out to you. However, no one ever does. I am at a loss at how to contact these people to finish a service we paid for. I have called the dang number multiple times a week for the last couple weeks and received the same empty promises. Please do better. I will be happy to edit my review once my service is completed. This is a last resort to get the local office’s attention.

    Horrible service all around. Avoid at all costs. On initial call we were told to prep by vacuuming and dust mopping each day ahead of scheduled time which we did. Day of service, get a call that says closets must be emptied and everything must be off the floor to do the service. This should have been mentioned on initial call. Service person arrived and refused to do service because one cat was hiding and said he didn't feel comfortable doing service, yet was walking up and down halls checking for fleas. What is the point of checking if you said you weren't going to do the service. Customer is liable if something happens, that's why there is a signed contract stating so. Apparently they aren't trained in this. Found someone local to come do service in the morning free of issues. These folks need to work on their customer service skills and understanding of their contracts and what they are liable for, if they even know what that word means.

    I was no-showed despite calling multiple times during the window to inform them that no one was at my apartment. After they had entirely missed the appointment window, I was informed that they had booked my appointment with someone that was “off” that day. I was able to get someone from a small local company out to my apartment that same day who did a wonderful professional job and who was apologetic about the business practices of these larger companies like Terminix. Never book with them.

    Service was quick and done in a timely manner, no dragging it out to make the most out of it. Thought we had a termite infestation... *****Moral of the story: ***** He didn't pressure me to spend my money unnecessarily just to help his sales because he genuinely cares about the customer and the actual presence of a pest vs preventative care, he didn't take up my entire afternoon, yet managed to effectively do the assessment, educate me on the basics and get the job done. Excellent service, honest, fast, and genuine. Thought we had a termite infestation or the start of one but wasn't sure if I was worrying for nothing. My service rep came out, did his job thoroughly, listening to my thoughts and concerns and checking all possible places for the signs of a problem. When asked, he did definitely offer me the service plans they had available to anyone who received the free consultation.( which was actually free by the way). Of course told me that precautions were always helpful, But to be honest I didn't actually have any pests at all besides the single one I had found,saved and identified with him when he got there that made me call in the first place. Appreciated the honesty!! Thank you and will recommend!!

    Horrible!!!!! I have tried to schedule twice. They kept messing up the schedule telling me I was scheduled on days I would’ve never agreed to . I finally told them I wanted to cancel any service and they told me it was canceled and they would send a cancellation confirmation to my email. That never happened ,so I called back again. The next representative I spoke to said it was still in the active status and was never canceled so she said she would cancel it and send an email to confirm it. I still have not received an email (wow)!!! , Terminex should not be charging me or showing up at my house ever. I hope they finally figure out how to cancel my service! I am very unsatisfied . I was also told the branch manager would call me to discuss my dissatisfaction and I never received a call from him either. I would not recommend them. I would tell anybody to run the other way. The worst service I have ever had from any company!!

    Terrible service! From the beginning I’ve had to call multiple times just to get an appointment. When I was a new customer, I had a no call no show appraisal who then tried to show up on a day I told the scheduler I couldn’t do. I should have walked away then, but I was desperate and kept going. The setup went smoothly, but when I actually needed to have a tech get a dead mouse from behind my refrigerator, it took 9 calls, a whole month, and escalated the situation before someone finally came. My house smelled like dead animal for a month! I’m unable to move my fridge so I couldn’t get it myself or I would have done it myself, like all the others. I was ‘promised’ this would never happen again and guess what? It’s happening again. I am on call attempt number 4 and still not getting anywhere. I paid you people to do a job you’re not doing! How are you going to get ride of my mouse problem if nobody ever shows up?
