He always reaches out ahead of time before coming to give you the opportunity to make arrangements to his arrival and or to give you the opportunity to reschedule when it works better for your schedule. When he arrives and or before he leaves he always checks in makes sure you are set. We have community cats outside so he is very mindful of our feeding and water stations just as he is wiyh our indoor animals. He is kind and professional. Thank you Ryan!

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I have been charged nearly 1000 dollars in 1 month. I have called and called about my refund. Service technicians are no help. If this company hired people so stupid they would charge someone 3timesand nobody is smart enough to get the refund sent. They also tried to bill me the 4th time but the bank stopped them. They are idiots, do not waste your time

I hired this company for Bat exclusion. The sales guy that showed up “told me” that a list of things would be done and I set an appointment with him. The day of the appointment and no one showed up, I called and they changed my appointment without telling me. So I take another day off work and the day they were supposed to come a second time, I get a call at 7am saying the Tech that was scheduled to come out was leaving the company and they would call later to reschedule. Fast forward a month and I get a call and they “say” they would be out that week. I told the manager I work overnights and I wanted an afternoon appointment. The day they came out they came out at 0800, and rang my door bell. I woke up and allowed them to do the service, getting no sleep that day. A week later and I still have bats in my house, the manager came out a month later to do an inspection, and found a hole that was not sealed up. The manager Adam said he would either have someone out in next week or he would come himself. Then just today, over a month after he said someone would be out he texts me saying g he would be out Wednesday sometime. Over a month of no contact, no one showed up to do the work, and the things the sales person said didn’t happen. Oh also, I’ve gotten 3 bills from this company and the work is still not done… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL NOT DO THE WORK RHEY SAY THEY WILL.

Just signed up for this service. They were supposed to be here between 8 and 12. Twelve o'clock arrived no technician. Call and found out my service was moved to another date without notification or to verify that I would be there. Will give one more try before canceling. Not happy. This is why I canceled my other service

My interaction with Jake over at Terminix was absolutely unprofessional. This company should not be running a service for pest control so they do one in service and then 30 days later they do a second one. I have a problem in my personal home from coming from a different home, they claim to be an external service, but on their website, It does not state that I am very disappointed. They only covered a couple inches in my house here and there. They also did not put any growth for amount down which they admitted to. And said they would do it next treatment. I pay for the advanced services with them and got far from that. I am very disappointed in this company do not use Terminix. I asked for Jake’s supervisors information and he would not hand me that information out. This is not a company that I want to do business with in the future and we will be canceling my service.

Jake was professional and thorough. He took care of my problem with one visit, but encouraged me to reach out if I had continuing issues. I have a puppy and he was VERY understanding about my concerns about puppies and pest control treatments. He was VERY understanding about my concerns and explained everything carefully. He was very careful not to place anything in a place where it would be accessible to my dog.
