I noticed squirrels tearing insulation out of my house near my attic. I called Terminix. Seemed like it was answered in a call center. The woman I spoke with clearly did not speak English as a first language, which is fine; however, that may have been the reason my phone number was documented incorrectly. I asked the woman if they do animal damage repair and was told that they do. An appointment was scheduled for the 30th, 10-11:30. I had to work, so my mom waited at my house for them. They hadn’t shown up by 11:30 so my mom called me and left. I checked my email and discovered I was emailed at 10:04 that they couldn’t reach me at the number they had for me. The number they had for me had an incorrect area code. I called Terminix, explained the issue, and we rescheduled for the next day. The woman read my phone number to me off their caller ID, and I was like, “So you can see my number?” Yep. I got a call later in the day from the technician (is that what they’re called?) saying he could come over now cause was in the area. I still was not home, but my adult son was, so I agreed. Tech came and left. My son said the tech said he can’t do anything but that he’d text me some contact info for contractors who can patch the hole the squirrels were getting in through. I never got the text, but why anyway? Do you or don’t you repair animal damage???? Waste of my time.

I would highly recommend this company. I had the pleasure of working with Chris, Thomas, and his assistant. Everyone was kind and patient and answered all my questions. They took me around my home and showed me problem areas and how they cleaned the areas up. Great vibes all around and I look forward to working with them again.

Edit: The response to my review must be a joke! We have been calling all year and had one response. We have tried and tried again this company is a joke! When we complained the initial treatment wasn't completed correctly with witnesses we got one spray treatment! Is that truly taking care of a customer? Then giving us the run around and ghosting us for a better part of a year and when we FINALLY get a response it's the sales person who says sorry you're out of warranty. I have delt with shady characters but this may be the worst! I was taken for $2600.00 not including the interest I'm paying. They half assed my initial treatment starting hours late because they forgot the trailer key! Has to find someone to cut the lock off for them. Then left early so they could make it to there dinner plans! Needless to say that multi thousand dollar treatment that we partially received didn't work. Called no help called again no help called again finally promised another treatment guy comes sprayed one time said him directly the others don't know what they are talking about! Well don't do that they are basically sub contractors and just about you so they get payed. Then when you call the main number they tell you them send someone out so you get ready rent a hotel for your family order out because you can't cook at home then never show up. After a few calls they have someone call us back and tell us we are out of luck because we are out of warranty! We've been calling for MONTHS! NO ONE HELPED US ALL THEY DID WAS SCAM US!

Jim always does a great job. We have quarterly service. He texts a couple days in advance and shows up the day and time he told us he would arrive. He is a nice person and we very much appreciate his service!

Chris Gama came out to look at my house. From the moment I spoke to him, he has always been good at communicating. He gave me a lot of information on what the problem could be (but had to see it first, of course). After he came out to my house, he discovered the problem and told me what steps I needed to take in order to take care of the problem. He knew what he was talking about and knew what he was doing (vs. other pest control places). Unfortunately, it is up to my landlord on what to do, but if I had to choose- I would definitely go this route with Chris. He was awesome and super nice.

Costs a small fortune($2,100), then they don't complete what they said they were going to. Called multiple times trying to speak to a manager no reply back. The sales guy gives the run around. They cancelled 3 different appointments on us the day of. Absolutely ridiculous how this company does business. Not cool how disabled people are treated. Update: July 1st they called my dad to refund some money for work not completed. End of July we called back, they said they needed to send a paper check. It's now September 2, nothing... No response from the customer service we were asked to contact on here.

I truly just want to pay my bill! However, I don't feel comfortable doing that until I speak with someone about my issues. I have left many messages and no call back! We have a brand new driveway (1 year old) that I begged for the dumpster to not be placed on. When I was told they had to place it there I requested a piece of plywood be put down first. This did not happen and it is now chipped/cracked. I was assured that if anything happened to our driveway the dumpster company has insurance. I was not contracted with dumpster company, Terminix was. This is their issue to resolve with me, their customer, then take it up with dumpster company. This is the final straw for me after giant scheduling issues, and the fine print on quote that sales tax is not included. Really? a company the size of terminix is not capable of including sales tax on the quote. It adds up significantly when your initial job is of a high dollar amount. I am starting to feel as though they are not getting back with me so they can start charging late fees on my bill.
