Scheduled termite inspection September 26, 2022. No one showed up. Called to find out why no one showed up and was told they did not know why and apologized. Rescheduled for October 1, 2022 and again no one showed up. Called and asked support person Dana Brady to have a supervisor call me that is in Hawaii. She apoligized and said she would have a Hawaii supervisor call me. As of October 5 no one has contacted me. I have been a customer since 2014. I am really disatified and would not recommend Terminex. If I could rate zero stars I would.

I called Terminix to schedule an estimate for Centricon and recurring service for pest control as we had used Terminix when we lived on the Windward side (but a different office/owner is the one servicing Kaneohe). I think I spoke with the mainland scheduling department. They never showed and never called! I waited around and even had to rearrange my schedule to meet the technician/sales rep who never bothered to show or communicate. Ugh! So frustrating! Don’t even bother calling them. It’s a waste of time.
