called on feb 7 to cancel my service. This is for a month to month service. I did not pay for 2 months. I did not receive any treatment for 2 months that I paid. Terminex says I owe them for those 2 months when I never got any confirmation emails that they came and I never called them. I called feb 7 to cancel my service. Was told my service was cancelled. A few days later they tried to bill me, luckily I didn’t have the money in the bank for them to take. I called that day and again said I had cancelled my service. The person said yes I see here it’s cancelled I will remove ur method of payment. Now it’s Feb 13 th and they billed me again, this time the money being taken. I called and the guy said he put in for my refund, the supervisor approved it but the system won’t allow the refund. He said it was because I owed for 2 months. He admitted that it was many errors on their part that the account was cancelled and the card was removed but something about a delay is y the money was taken out. He admitted it should have never been taken out since it shows no card on file. He said it’s documented the day I called to cancel and the day I removed my debit card. But yet it was still taken out. And the system won’t refund it but it’s been applied to my past balance for services I never received. They took out $59. I want it back. Rather I owe or not They were not authorized to take it because I canceled my service and removed my card after they tried charging me after I cancelled my service. That’s 2 times they charged me AFTER I canceled my service. They took it without authorization because the guy even admitted he didn’t see my card because it was removed. So how did they take my money then after I cancelled?

Aloha, just wanted to leave a good review for this pest control service since they’ve taken care of us for a long time (15+ years). Charles has been servicing our home and he’s always on time, does a thorough job, and checks in before each visit to see if anything new is going on. He’s also just a really nice guy and someone we trust around our home. We used to have issues with roaches and centipedes but haven’t had those problems in years. Charles also takes care of anything that comes up like ants or flies or whatever, inside or outside the house. Fern who handles the scheduling is also friendly and always makes sure we’re set up for our monthly service. We’re grateful for all they do because it makes a real difference not having to worry about pests or rodents around the house. Mahalo!

Brian was professional and a very friendly person. He was punctual and exactly on time even early. This is much appreciated in Hawaii we're almost everybody is late or never shows up. Brian is a star I recommend him highly as I do Sandwich Isle
