Would not recommend... .I hired Terminix to remove spray foam insulation from my attic, install new insulation, and perform a treatment — all of which was clearly outlined in our contract. What actually happened was far from professional. The old spray foam was never removed — they sprayed new insulation directly over the debris, ignoring what was promised. This has caused serious energy efficiency issues, and now a section of my attic is exposed to an uninsulated patio, forcing my A/C to run constantly. To make things worse, they drilled into my porcelain patio tile without telling me, and left visible, poorly filled holes. They also damaged my roof’s fascia metal during inspections. After raising these concerns, communication from their team stopped completely. A job that was supposed to take 3 days dragged into 2 weeks, and I had to use two full weeks of PTO just to accommodate their crews. In the end, I’m left with a home in worse condition than when they started. I was issued a partial refund, but the contract was clearly breached, and the quality of work and customer service were unacceptable. I will add that at first they did try to rectify the issue, but then stopped answering my calls. From the GM Mike Shepard to local manager Wade Umbach. Wade was happy to assist at first.

Jeremiah J, tech with Terminix, arrived in a timely, professional manner and waited a few minutes extra for someone to open the door. He communicated in advance via text regarding arrival and He went above and beyond as far as explaining areas that are prone to pests and even discussed some cleaning procedures. His post-treatment report was thorough and he was very kind and respectful. I’d highly recommend Terminix and J for anyone that’s new to pest control or just looking for reliable service.

If bugs are paying rent in your house, Terminix is the eviction crew you want on speed dial. Since signing up for their pest control, termite, mosquito, and tick services, my home has been a no-bug zone. Seriously—the only bugs I ever find are dead ones, and even they look like they regret showing up. The service is top-notch, and the peace of mind is priceless. I’ve got no plans of switching to anyone else. One pro tip: get your technician’s number and save it. They’re always quick to respond and super easy to schedule with. It’s like having a bug-fighting superhero just a text away. Highly recommend Terminix if you like your home bug-free and drama-free.

Lindsey was friendly, thorough, efficient, and explained her findings. She even gave a referral for another company when she discovered Terminix couldn't treat the house.for termite control based on the lack of crawlspace under our porch. She was extremely helpful and provided a quote on the spot for mosquito and tick prevention. Overall a great experience.
