Terminix has been with my family for over a year now. In the beginning, the service was a bit spotty; however, over the last few months, a new Terminix employee has been assigned to my house. Jacob Teller is absolutely the best. He’s thorough, kind, and non-judgmental. You can tell that he truly wants to help people and enjoys what he does.

Lamont was absolutely excellent in listening to our needs, and expectations. We have been through so many people which I’m very sad about, Although some were excellent some were not Since Oscar, our original tech, he was absolutely amazing. After talking to Lamont today, I feel like he’s gonna fit our needs extremely well. I have nothing but praise for him today! I would give him 10 stars. But you will only allow five. Ana Nadle performed our recent monthly service from Terminix. She was new to us but obviously experienced at what she does. Ana gave us 48 hours advance notice as to the 2-hour window.when she would be at our home and then arrived during that window. She rang our doorbell to let us know she was on property and to see if we had any concerns, inside or out. She put her protective clothing on and got to work. Before she left, she checked in with us to review what she had done and what she found. We pay for termite inspection /guarantee against damage plus interior pest control on an annual basis. This works out to $80+/month, which is a very reasonable price, particularly given the quality of the services I receive. Thanks Ana and thanksTerminix!

Y'all!!! If you need a inspection for any reason Brandon is your guy! Brandon was very communicative, respectful, knowledgable and just all around a great guy. He helped us understand everything that we needed to about our inspection and was absolutely the best man for the job. We wish he could come and do all of our Terminix needs. Please y'all give this man a raise because he way more than deserving of one!!

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with an incredible sense of warmth and welcome from Dorothy. The nurse was equally outstanding, expertly guiding me through my information and taking my vitals with care. When Dr. Manning-Pagan entered the room, her friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. She took the time to review my history thoroughly, assessed my concerns, and prescribed the perfect medication for my needs. My visit was not only efficient but also enjoyable. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated with kindness and professionalism, this is the spot for you!

They come out every 2 or 3 months to come and spray and inspect the house and ever since that first visit we have not had any issues. Before Terminix we had roaches and big spiders that would come in the house ever since we have had no issues with any pest. They are always very polite and informative when they come to the house and they do work with you on the schedule if they're scheduled for a time that you aren't available. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Terminix.

I started off extremely pleased with the service and the Technicians. As usual there was a complete change of staffing exactly when I needed help the most! It is never a convenient time anymore to set aside to keep on top of people to do their jobs. Apparently, I am old because even the people we pay for a service, acts like we are doing them a disservice by bothering them while they’re at work! Thank Goodness for Travis a Supervisor that finally got er done for me, blessings to you. The last Technician who was here did such an impeccable job on his own unsupervised and I could tell that someone had actually doing what I had paid for, blessings to you the Technician who still has a work ethic when working!

I never take the time out of my busy schedule to leave reviews however this person deserves to be acknowledged! I had a horrible time with customer service telling me that someone would come out to service my home which required me to take off work, after waiting for hours no one came. Fortunately terminex representative Brandon Shaffer called me directly, apologized on behalf of the company’s customer service, rearranged his schedule and accommodated my request! He was very professional, explained things more clearly than I expected and had it not been for him I would have used another company. Terminex is very lucky to have such a great employee that cares about the customers!!! Employees like this are hard to find!!!
