On January 22, 2026, a gentleman came to my home and completed a rodent (mice) inspection. He said he seen a rodent starting to nest. He recommended the rodent excursion. He informed me this would be a galvanized fence to block any further access to my home, Terminix guaranteed warranty and a crawl space door. He quoted me a little over $5,000. I paid $1072 down. January 27, 2026, the rodent fence barrier was placed around my home. The technician told me that they dig 6 inches down to make sure no rodents could access my crawl space. As I was getting ready to leave, I noticed no crawl space door. I mentioned this to the technician, he said he didn’t see it on my paperwork. He called someone, then told me it was on order and soon as it came in someone would call me. Fast forward, on March 26, 2026, I reached out to Terminix because the rodent fence barrier was installed incorrectly. (After researching & asking around ) 1. It’s attached to my homes skirting (holes drilled throughout) 2. On one side of my home it’s not underground and anything can crawl underneath. 3. Still no crawl space door. 4. The top of the fence has multiple large gaps. A technician called me back from Terminix, scheduled a time between 6am-10am to send out a technician. I said perfect, I have to leave at 10:30. The technician arrived after 12pm. I’d already left & no one was here to advise him on my concerns. June 9, 2026, I called Terminix again to address my concerns again. Because no one had contacted me back. The representative took my information and forwarded it to my local Terminix for them to contact me within 24/48 hours. June 12,2026, I still hadn’t heard from them. I called Terminix again and spoke with the cancellation department. I addressed all my previous issues and he said someone would call me back Monday or Tuesday. June 15, 2026 (Monday morning) Terminix sent out a technician, without contacting me to confirm. He took a look and he said this wasn’t done correctly. He called his operations manager , sent him pictures. I spoke with the operations manager from the technicians cell phone. The O.M. told me that this was not a money back guaranteed option. His technicians would install it properly and fix all the holes throughout my skirting. The technician begin removing the incorrect barrier . When the other technician arrived, they realized the rodent barrier they had was the incorrect size. They said they had to order this and would be back to install on the following Tuesday or Wednesday. As of today 7/13/2026, a month later. The front of my home is missing half the rodent barrier fence, the holes in my skirting are very visible as well as the problems listed above. I haven’t heard from anyone. The service I paid for in January, hasn’t been fulfilled and it’s July, 6 months later. If you need this service for your home. I do NOT recommend using Terminix for this service.

He arrived on time, was very thorough, and made sure all of my questions were answered. It's clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. So we have not used terminix in a long time but we have used them before so we decided to call them up see how much it cost to get are house sprayed for roaches they have gotten so bad we have tried everything to get rid of them but more show up so my husband calls them tells them how bad it is the guy says we got u covered they said it would cost 165.00 for the first treatment well since we have used them before we thought okay that's worth it because they would come in and spray the good stuff witch always worked. Well this time they send someone who has only aerosol cans spray and he said he would vacuum as well I was like no wait a minute aerosol cans are not going to do anything but doing that ourselves and we do not need them to vacuum just need them to come in with the good stuff and spray it a few times. And not with the aerosol cans. So the guy said let me figure something else out and calls someone then comes back and tells me that they could tent the house I was like we don't need a tent. I mean that's crazy. So he says they have another person who is gonna come out and look so this person comes out say something about tenting as well I was like so they totally skip spraying the good stuff around and go right to tenting it sounds like they just want more money or they just don't want to do the job. So the other guy tells my husband the first guy could of done this spraying thing this morning but he just didn't want to. So we are still sitting here waiting to find out if someone is gonna come out and do anything at this point and like I said we talked to the people over the phone and told them how bad it was and what we needed we were promised they understood and we would get the service we needed. So yea I'm not sure I would ever recommend this service to anyone. I mean it's pretty sad when know one know what they are doing and throwing each other under the bus pretty childish. And still no service have been done. Still waiting.and at this point we are pretty much already looking into better options with another company.because I bet when they show up it's gonna be the same song and dance.So new update the guy called my husband only because of my review on here then get rude with him and tells us no one will just come do our house that they half to tent it and we can finance the tent well guess what we found someone and I hope all these people see this post because having y'all come out with cans of spray and vacuum for 165.00 is crazy we found another company oh and they come out same day when u call them no wait. And I made sure they were not just coming out with can of spray. Once they come out I will edit this post and let everyone know how the other company went and release there name so other can go to this company instead of terminix. So stay tuned and I guess I'm not the only person complaining about them and how rude they are I'll leave a picture of other who have apparently said same thing they are not a good company and do not have a good reputation anymore. I guess I can't leave a picture on here that sucks.

John was amazing; he listened carefully, understood the complexity of the situation, and implemented an effective solution. Thanks to his efforts, the house will soon be pest-free. John went above and beyond the original scope of work and is a stellar representative for Terminix A note regarding payment this is for 7 months of service.

Terminix has been with my family for over a year now. In the beginning, the service was a bit spotty; however, over the last few months, a new Terminix employee has been assigned to my house. Jacob Teller is absolutely the best. He’s thorough, kind, and non-judgmental. You can tell that he truly wants to help people and enjoys what he does.

Lamont was absolutely excellent in listening to our needs, and expectations. We have been through so many people which I’m very sad about, Although some were excellent some were not Since Oscar, our original tech, he was absolutely amazing. Ana Nadle performed our recent monthly service from Terminix. She was new to us but obviously experienced at what she does. Ana gave us 48 hours advance notice as to the 2-hour window.when she would be at our home and then arrived during that window. She rang our doorbell to let us know she was on property and to see if we had any concerns, inside or out. She put her protective clothing on and got to work. Before she left, she checked in with us to review what she had done and what she found. We pay for termite inspection /guarantee against damage plus interior pest control on an annual basis. This works out to $80+/month, which is a very reasonable price, particularly given the quality of the services I receive. Thanks Ana and thanksTerminix!
