We had a much better experience with Jeff after not having the best experience with a previous Terminix technician. Jeff was friendly, thorough, and took care of all the spider webs around our home and sprayed for insects. We really appreciated his service and will definitely be requesting Jeff from now on!

I met with Tyler for estimate for ant problem. I felt uncomfortable signing when the screen was completely blank but when I asked him he said I would receive copies via email. I was told appt would be at 8am following morning. 8:30 comes, no show. Call Tyler, doesn't answer. No text no call to inform me what time they are showing up. After I called their office and complained I find out appt was set between 2 and 4. I stated my disappointment with their company and being my first experience with them I don't recommend them. I will be canceling their services. 7/21 Still have spider problems I don't recommend this company. Not worth the money!!! Here I am 7/21 still have ant problem and found fleas on my dog. Never had a flea problem before. Called and directed to a voice mail. Can't get anyone on the phone. Very frustrated DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Poor customer experience. 1) Original appointment was rescheduled WITHOUT prior notice. When I called into the customer service department they also noticed the appointment was moved without any explanation. 2) The inspection day came but the inspector said he could not inspect the home because one room was not accessible due to a family member working at the moment. I asked if he could inspect the rest of the home in the meantime and he said no and left. Decided to go with a local company (ProCraft Pest Control -17 yrs in Business) that was willing to crawl under my house and do a old school thorough inspection rather than these large companies with lazy inspectors.

We’ve been working with Joey Garcia for over 10 years, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Joey is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and detail-oriented. He always takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly and never cuts corners. What we appreciate most is his consistency and reliability. No matter how big or small the job is, Joey approaches it with the same level of care and attention to detail. He is patient, trustworthy, and always willing to answer questions and explain things clearly. After more than a decade of working together, it’s rare to find someone as dedicated and dependable as Joey. We absolutely love working with him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional service. Thank you, Joey, for all your hard work over the years! 👏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Im a property manager at a facility that regularly uses Terminix. Octavio Lerma was the technician that was sent out. Octavio was very thorough in his work and communicated effectively on what and where he was going to be working. Very happy with Octavios work!

Cliff was very professional. We appreciate his service throughout our home and garage. I hope he can come back next year if he’s still working for the company. he informed us every step of the way he let me know what was going on. He showed me pictures and said that we will be receiving a report later on today. He was a professional employee and we appreciate him. Thank you so much! If at all possible, please let him see this review he deserves to see what we said about him.

I can't say enough good things about Frankie from Terminix! He has been taking care of our pest control needs for the past three years, with services every two months. Each and every service has been absolutely perfect! Even during the summer, when we occasionally spot a few pests after treatment, Frankie is always quick to come back for a follow-up treatment. His punctuality is impressive—he always arrives on time and sends reminders before our appointments. Not only does Frankie provide excellent service, but he also offers valuable advice and tips for pest prevention. I truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism. Five stars for my best technician, Frankie! Thank you for everything!

Steven Madrid is an outstanding rep for your company. He clearly knows his job thoroughly and enjoys what he does. Steven is very professional, courteous, patient and detailed with answering my many questions. He follows up on his commitment and his people skills are fantastic. It is because of him that I would recommend Terminix.
