Mark was the technician that came out and assessed my concerns. He was very professional, informative, and located the openings in my roof that would require meshing to prevent rodents/bugs from getting in my house through those openings. Ramiro was the technician that also came to my house to provide the pest control service. He was professional, kind, and explained everything he did as well as the future services I would get on their maintenance plan. He sprayed the inside/outside of the house, wore shoe protectors to prevent dirtying my floors, and did it all in a timely manner. After receiving the service and cleaning up the initial dead bugs, I have seen less bug/spider issues since my initial spray which is great. Thank you both for your services as I greatly appreciated it. I would absolutely recommend both gentlemen and their services to anyone.

CJ is our guy! He does an excellent job, professional, courteous and always inquires if there are issues or anything else that I need addressed. Mosquito abatement has gone very well; It has been years since we've been bitten sitting out in the lawn. The service is more successful and much easier for me rather than dealing with my previous method of filling propane bottles and all the fussiness that went along with using a defender unit.

I spoke with the office days ago, explained that I would be driving 3 hours into town and how I needed a firm commitment for the specific day and time. They agreed to have a technician out for the home inspection. The evening before, I get a call from a technician 'Mark', and he said he would not be able to make it and we would have to schedule another day, which would be after our escrow deadline. And now, because of this there is no time to reach out to another company. Furthermore, Mark, would not hear me out when I was voicing my situation that Terminex put me in. I did not raise my voice, I was not rude. But he just kept cutting me off and acted like he had a flight to catch. He simply had no interest in hearing me out. I told him as a fellow contractor that this situation and his demeanor was not professional, and I hung up as he ranted on, still not trying to let me get a word in edgewise. He then proceeded to text me, that he could possible get another tech out tomorrow morning, but the price would be 30% higher than what the office quoted me. I told him no thanks, and do not contact me again. I understand things come up, I'm a contractor too. But when a client is expressing a situation, our tech's are trained to listen, sympathize and send an upset client up the chain if a resolution is not feasible.

Excellent service and we have very few issues with bugs now. I appreciate that they are very punctual and when they say they are coming, they are actually here. Our tech Daniel is very nice and checks in and out with me to be sure I know what he did. If I have any areas that need special attention, he takes care of it.
