Lee was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what we needed and what to expect. It’s refreshing to experience customer service like this-it almost feels like a lost art. Lee proved that it isn’t! Thank you for making the process so easy and for going above and beyond. Highly recommended!!

We are extremely happy with the service received from Vivica at Terminix. She has returned several times since her original visit to inspect & assure us that our problem was taken care of. We decided to drop our original exterminator service & have Terminix provide indoor & outdoor service here every three months because we are so impressed with Vivica's work ethic & the continuing support she has provided. We would highly recommend Terminix be your first call if in need of extermination services.

I have been with Terminix at four homes so far and more than 15 years. Any issue I have they've helped me out. The three technicians I've had over this time are always courteous and friendly, on time during the appointment window, and go above and beyond making sure to handle in between visit pests. Thank you currently to Elmer H. Our most recent technician.

Great employees, Lee Kostelah, Eddie Vargas, Luis Rodrigues, major rodent damages corrected, bugs are under control. I live in the desert and the rodents...

I’ve been using this service for a couple of years now. They are great — they always provide excellent service, and their customer service is wonderful as well. When I called with a special request, they were very helpful and accommodating.

Eddy was professional polite if he wasn’t I would not be thinking of renewing my contract. I am not happy with terminex I had an appointment which was cancelled without my knowledge and rescheduled without telling me I called twice to figure out a strange message and no one called back I finally called main office. Then I got a call trying to get me to renew it was like blackmail

I had an amazing experience with Terminix. They truly went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful for the level of care they provided. Their communication was excellent — clear, consistent, and always on time. It’s rare to find a company so committed to professionalism and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Terminix to anyone looking for reliable, top-tier service. They exceeded every expectation!
