Kyle does a great job at communicating when he will be performing the service and provides a reminder in advance. This enables me to ensure that the he has access to all the areas that he needs. He is detailed and always lets the family know when he arrives and has completed his visit. Kyle ensures that he moves the door mats that are at the doors and entry points. I also have outdoor patio furniture that Kyle makes sure he gets under and removes any spider webs that may be present. We appreciate the service that Kyle provides.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. On multiple occasions, technicians arrived but never even got out of their vehicle. Within minutes, I would receive a notification saying the service was completed, while I could clearly see from my window — and verify on my security cameras — that no work had actually been performed. I contacted customer service several times to address the issue and was repeatedly apologized to and promised that another technician would be sent out. It has now been over two months, and no one has come to resolve the problem. However, billing and charges continue without delay. As a paying customer, I expected reliability, honesty, and accountability. Sadly, that has not been my experience. Based on my experience, I will be looking for a company that follows through on their services and values their customers.
