We have been Terminex customers for many years. Our technician Jeff always makes sure we are ok during our regular visits. Last year we had a horrible rodent problem that he treated. Since then the problem has been solved. We also added termite protection as well. During his last visit he recommended adding more insulation to protect against ice dams and heat loss which we plan on doing soon. Jeff is personable, respectful of our property and very knowledgeable about pest control. Highly recommend!

Buyer Beware! If you're looking to be mislead, scammed on service, overcharged, manipulated, etc...Terminix is your company! If you have mice, do not fall for the exclusion service! The free in home inspection is a sales representative who will use every sales technique in the book. Do not fall for it! You can complete the exclusion service on your own...you will save yourself money, time and a headache! Get the insulating foam and use it under vinyl siding, cracks around doors/windows, chimneys, and the foundation of your home. Buy your own mouse traps, sticky pads and bait as you will pay a fortune for them to bring the same things. The customer service representatives have no idea what's going on, you will be told something different each time you call. To get you off the phone, they promise that management will reach out via phone. You will not hear from management. I should have canceled sooner. Please do not fall for the scam like I did.

Avoid at all costs. The pest control tech they send out originally, while very nice, is nothing more than a salesman who is there to sell a more expensive service to you. Unfortunately I did fall for this .They sold me on a very expensive exclusion service for rodents in our wall. The service cost 1800$ and three weeks later the mice in our wall ate alive and well. The tech also took less than a half hour to perform the service. I have reached out multiple times for a refund as this service was not done properly at all. I am unable to even reach customer service or get a response from the manager. They claim that they will refund you if you aren’t satisfied but clearly will completely ignore customer issues to try and get out of this. The wasp treatment they did was also ineffective, but I’m honestly less worried about that then the complete scam of an “exclusion” that they did for us
