Been with Terminex a long time but for a while now, I don't have my guy, who does the work, knock on the door to let me know he's there. I just have a hanger on the door. He's super nice but don't like that. Prices are a bit high because I am on a fixed income (Disability) but otherwise they are ok ? Very friendly and helpful.

This location could not handle my issue. After multiple emails, various calls for follow ups, and multiple trips out here to investigate to no avail, I ordered from a company called Pestie, which is WAY cheaper and DIY, which handled the issue and these people want to charge an ETF. What a JOKE. This company, and the service they provide, is not worth the money and, simply put, awful.

? WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE? These people they have spraying for them are rude and unprofessional. They half a$$ came and did there job and I still have a bed bug infestation. I called and texted them with proof and they waited to contact me back until my 90 days were up.they will not work with you on a time to come. It's either the time they say or not at all. I would never refer anyone to these people.ive never had a problem with bed bugs before and these people will not help you get rid of them. The receptionist even had the audacity to say ("well why don't you just move") Not everyone has the money to up and move in times like this. I paid $616.00 for them to be rude unprofessional and crase. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. DO NOT EXPECT THRESE PEOPLE TO HELP YOU AT ALL!!!!
