The first tech came out and did a half way job. She claimed that no one was home when in fact my wife was home. I checked my cameras and she never tried knocking on the door to see if anyone was home even though there was a car in the driveway. The tech was supposed to change out the termite bait and did not. Since I wasn't expecting the tech to come out that day she could not access the backyard where the termite activity originated so she could not confirm all is well and change out the bait. The report was filled out as though the inspection was properly completed. I had to reschedule to get the job done properly. The second tech did a great job.

I called Terminix to inspect my home. I had seen termite like insects. They quickly showed up on time, inspector could not find any signs of actual termites and also could not find traces that termites were there. Either way, inspector said yeah you have termites and quoted me $9,000 to correct. I called in a second more local pest control and they quickly found one of the insects and confirmed it was an Ant. Addressed it for $120. Be very careful, no doubt terminix can fix your problem even if you dont have one, juat be cautious.

Terminex tech Nathaniel came out to do our annual termite bait stations inspection. He was very thorough!! He replaced several stations, spoke with me at length when his inspection was complete, answered my questions, and provided me with a report of his inspection. He was also a very polite and genuinely nice young man.

John was excellent! I’ve been a customer for a long time and he is the best., First of all he is very cordial and respectful. Then he ask the customer what’s your concern and then observe all problem areas and makes diagnostic plan. Excellent!

Do NOT use Terminix. They over charge and are horrible at communication. The technicians were nice and professional, so won’t talk bad about them. But the company overall needs some serious changes. They over charge and once the money is paid they forget about you and when it comes to scheduling, 0 stars. They don’t show for the scheduled appointment and then randomly show up some other day. When they didn’t arrive to the appointment they still upload that the “inspection is finished and appointment complete.” Wish I never signed a contract with the them. Horrible experience. Save your money and use a local business.

- 11/19/25 Terminix did total exclusion -First scheduled date of follow up 11/26 (we were never notified and we were out of town so we rescheduled) - Rescheduled for 11/28 tech did not show up so we called to reschedule -Rescheduled for 12/4 tech claimed door not answered but tech did not knock on the door and I watched him pull away. He “started the appointment” on our service link but did not knock on our door or call - Rescheduled for 12/5 - no show - Rescheduled for 12/6 - no show - Called customer service and they notified me that we were actually scheduled for 12/13, which would be 3 1/2 weeks after the exclusion. It was supposed yo be 1 week after exclusion. - had to reach out to original salesperson because tech never sgows up for rescheduled appointments and the online scheduling is 100% useless. He and tech showed up on 12/8 for our first trap reset and they fixed some of the missed exclusion areas. Tech confirmed, in person our 12/13 appointment and Terminex website account showed 12/13 appointment. - 12/13 - appointment no-show and appointment removed from website. No future appointments were scheduled. We texted salesperson and he said he will have someone come out on 12/16 or 12/17. We waited, but nobody showed up on either day. -1/7/26 Tech texted that he was coming this morning, we had no advanced notice, but thankfully were able to move our plans to accommodate them. We are supposed to be getting emails with advanced notice, but have never received one. -1/12/26 tech texted that he was coming that morning with no advanced notice. ( still no email ) We were not available that morning, so the tech said he would reschedule us for that Tuesday or Wednesday. We waited both days, but nobody came. Don't waste your money. The scheduling is pure chaos and 80% likely to no show you. Nobody will let you talk to anyone in charge. I have been waiting 2 weeks to hear back from someone with any authority to fix things. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
