Dakota gets five star review. He called me to let me know he was on his way to my house. He inspected all around my house and took some pictures. He found an opening around my air conditioner drain pipes and suggested I get some steel wool and place in the opening and spray some foam sealer in the opening..

We recently got swapped to a new service rep. (Josh Lindley). He came out today and was super great. Very professional and knowledgeable about everything he was doing. We had some questions about potentially encapsulating our crawlspace and he was quick to discuss the whole process with us and the benefits of it. Super great guy and glad to have him providing our services now.

Josh Lindley came by today and walked me through everything that was done and assured me that he would return promptly if we needed anything from him between now and the next service. Aaron Champion provided thorough service during his visit. We were in the process of vacating the building for various reasons, a primary one being a significant roach infestation. The presence of roaches in our food was quite distressing, making continued residence undesirable. This was an initial visit, and Aaron, being trained to handle such pests, assured us that the infestation would be eradicated within three months. We are hopeful for a positive outcome.

As a local Realtor, I want to update my previous review to reflect that Terminix has since made things right regarding the issues we encountered. While we did experience several bumps in the road throughout the process, particularly with communication and billing, I truly appreciate the way Josh Lindley and Joshua Bratcher handled everything. Both gentlemen were professional, respectful, and efficient in resolving our concerns, and they ensured that everything was taken care of properly. Their responsiveness and follow-through made all the difference. While our overall experience with Terminix had its challenges, I can confidently say that both Josh’s represent the company exceptionally well and is the reason our situation was turned around. If you do choose to work with Terminix, I highly recommend asking for one of them specifically.
