Worst experience I have ever had. They do not care about doing a good job, technicians cut corners and lazily do their job. I’ve been trying to get in contact with a supervisor for over a year now to send out a technician to redo my attic insulation because my houses bedroom are either freezing cold or unbearably hot because they barely put any insulation in those areas. I have a 5 year warranty on all their work but whenever I call to get someone to fix the issue they put me on hold then hang up. Not even to mention the fact I paid them to clean out my crawlspace and place vapor barrier but they only placed the barrier over all their trash and called it a day. Thanks to this review that I left I was contacted by James and he sent Nigel and Stephen to come out and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. Nothing but good things to say about them. Rest easy if Nigel and Stephen come out to do the work for you they are great workers.

First off, I don't give 5 stars too often but I can for Daniel Williams the rep. who provided my service. Daniel was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was professional and displayed a keen understanding of pest control solutions. Danielle took the time to assess his findings and communicated the reasons with detail what he felt was the best solution. He was genuine which I see as honest coupled with a great sense of humor which offered a level of comfort amd trust. Glad I chose Terminix

Great service. Great technicians for over 40 years. Our current technician, Miles, gave us a complete inspection report immediately after the inspection. He spent time answering our questions and making suggestions. Couldn't ask for a more courteous or knowledgeable tech!

I was honestly considering canceling my subscription with Terminix after the last pest control visit due to how unprofessional the technician made me feel. I decided to give it another shot since we got a new technician this time, and it made a huge difference! Technician Gregory Jones was very professional and took the time to check around, ask about our needs, and make sure everything was in order. I also appreciate that he kept us informed about his arrival time. I’d definitely recommend him!
