We have had the worst and I mean the WORST experience with Terminix!!. I do not recommend this company one bit. We have had repeated issues with them. First off we had a flea infestation from our pets coming in from outside and we immediately called to schedule an appointment and were told they had no openings but he would put a note for someone to call to schedule us an appointment. Called everyday for a week straight and still nothing. Finally we were giving a date after we had to call again and it was two weeks out. I clearly stated we needed someone asap due to having a 5 month old at that time. Still took two weeks. When they finally came out they only treated 3/6 rooms in the house so literally they just moved. I was told I could go online to see what appointments were available and could schedule on there so that’s what I did. The day came for them to come out and I had not heard anything so I called to confirm and was told there was a glitch in be system so they would have to put me down for a later day. That later day was today our window was between 8-10 and when 10:03 hit I called because no one showed. I was told be technician couldn’t come due to a remaining balance of $26!?!? REALLY? I told them to draft that about a month ago and now it’s my fault? They’re the reason it’s on there in the first place they under drafted us one month and only took out half leaving the $26 for no reason at all. I’m fed up with the service and want to take my needs elsewhere.

Service is ok if you can reach a live person. The local number is not answered. It goes to a third-party call center. They put in a sentricon system, but I still got termite swarms inside my house from crawlspace.

I paid my bill for termites in increments for 20 years without any problems! Then on Feb 28, 2024 Scott comes over which I expected him to do a Termite inspection and he starts in a contract spill?? Which I had NO IDEA what he was talking about. Then he says my last payment made the computer cancel my previous contract?? Meanwhile I was perplexed what??? When I researched the last check I wrote it out on the 14th of May and it didn’t clear the bank until June 22nd 2023. I believe they held on to that check. They had it all planned of how they were going to get rid of me! The first check I gave to the Technician to put towards my bill. Little to my knowledge they tore up the check cause that check didn’t clear the bank. There is proof they got that check . While he was going through the spill about the new contract he Elbowed me in the Ribs. As far as I am concerned that is battery. There was No need to touch me! But he did!! So now he is shoving this new contract in my face and refused to do an inspection for termites. Now I am getting hot ? He shoved the contract in my face thinking I was just going to sign and pay for it ?? If this isn’t harassment? What is? Then he says he will talk to the branch manager and he will get back to me. Ha ha he didn’t have a spine to call me himself and gets some guy named Chris to text me and ask if I have any questions or concerns about the contract!! Now 2 people are pushing me into a new contract.!! What a shame they expected me to just sign and it would be over! Their trying to take advantage of a Senior Citizen here! They, canceled me for no reason, after 20 years, and they want me to trust them with another contract that they can cancel the new one when they want to!!?? Daddy raised No Fool that’s for sure !! I don’t do business when they expect me to sign something I wasn’t planning on. Well they owe me a refund and I will be going elsewhere for termite service for sure. Shoving a contract in my face like that ?? Expecting me to sign how dare he!!! Greedy Corporations think they can push you around! This treatment is after 20 years and their service wasn’t all that!! Technicians just show up on my property with no call or appointment and when did make an appointment they don’t show !! Don’t go with these people they don’t care about your business just your money The owner says he wants to help me but I don’t expect him to contact me bc I have left several emails and nothing yet!! They never do what they say what they are going to do. All talk and NO Action ! Bunch of liars and thieves. Now they want to get me for harassment well 2 can play that game! Just found out the Terminix has a policy that they can cancel you for reason at any time and what you have to say means nothing! They strong arm you into another contract, which should be against the law!! They say they want to help you but full of empty promises they would rather just prosecute you and take you to court! If you call them or write a review they will ignore you so you’re speaking to a wall. Don’t waste your time or money do a small company stay away from these guys cause they want a raise at your expense. Greedy Corporations at work here! Trying to take advantage of the consumer!! They don’t know who they are messing with
